Yes, I get it. I really do. Writing for enjoyment so to say. The power of fanfiction, people! We make the God damn rules, change everything how we want it to, and yet most of it is complete trash, don't get me wrong there are 2 types of trash fanfiction. There is the fun trash, where it's bad that it's good! Then there is the Oh-My-Lord-what-kind-of-trash fanfiction did I read?

Beats the hell out of me. And just so you know, half of the stories I wrote were trash. Even now, I cringe. 'Sound's like someone is posting cringe!' 'Settle down Dick, it's just meme.' 'And why is he here?! He lost!' 'He posted cringe!'

Doesn't mean I can make it less trash. Hell, looking back on the BNHAxDanmachi fanfiction I wrote 2 years ago and looking at the new one I posted recently, the new one stomps the old one like a steam roller.

I must be out of my mind am I? I'm currently rewriting or completely overhauling what I wrote for some other books as well.

...Ha...Anyways, here is the chapter. Rant over.

A new day had started, just like the rest. He would wake up, doing his routine again like yesterday.

Although, it was a bit different this time. As, it would seem, he had a roommate, Ichika Orimura. Yup, he was transferred in yesterday. Probably from being tutored by that sister of his.

Seriously, that woman was the epitome of strictness. Like hell, she expected him to be on his best behavior in front of teenage girls as well.

It wasn't his fault Yukari had max charm prerequisites! To top it off, these teenage girls had begun trying to get by side him faster than Aigis.

Grabbing a thick book and chucking it as his roommate, the teenage male in bed woke up with pain. "What the hell?!"

"Oh good. You're awake. It's almost time for class." The younger Orimura sibling panicked before putting on his uniform and grabbed his bag. "Even though you hit me with a book, I should thank you, Chifuyu-nee can be very scary and dangerous for those who aren't in class on time." He wouldn't doubt it. Sisters can be scary. Ah...how he missed his younger sister, Hamuko. He supposes that she had lead a great life, perhaps he can meet his great, great, grandniece?

Who knows! All in due time.

"...the body of the IS, while it could protect you from blunt objects, will not protect you against explosions, high grade sniper rifles, or radiation." Yamada-sensei wrote down everything she said on the holoboard. "Any questuons?" No student raised their hand, seeing as it was awkward to speak in front of their own classmates. Even his only other male in the room didn't raise his hand.

He was exasperated. Surely, there must be one of them that is courageous. Nope. No one. His young Sensei was trying her best to teach, the least they as students can do is to lighten the mood.

He raised his hand. "Ah, Shinono-kun. What's your question?" Everyone turned towards him, waiting.

"Since the IS's body is made of complex minerals and metals, wouldn't a simple electrical attack either boost or destroy said IS, causing it to malfunction and possibly harm the user?" This was a good question, to even his Sensei had to think twice.

"Saying such an advanced question deserves praise! I applaud to you, Shinono-kun. Electricity can boost your potential and energy in the IS. Although, it has to be in small amounts. Otherwise, it would be fatal." She clasped her hands in delight, at least one student had the galls to ask a question.

"Thank you, Yamada-sensei. Your praise is humble." He put his head down on the desk, seeing a few of his female classmates raised their hands as well. Just why was everything a competition to them?

To his surprise, Cecilia Alcott was staring at him in amazement. Although, she turned her head back once he made eye contact with her. He did not know if either she was embarrassed for looking at him or she was paying attention back to the class.

His 'Aunt', Houki Shinono, was currently staring at his roommate. He thought back towards a month ago when he learned that Ichika and Houki were childhood friends.

But now, it seems as if there was a wall in-between them. A fall out, perhaps? Or did one of them move away?

He digressed those thoughts.

[Break]

It was lunch break. A time he enjoyed by sitting on the roof while eating meals that he had cooked back with...Fuuka...

Are? There were droplets falling from his eyes onto the pavement. He touched his cheek to find tears.

"Makoto? Are you okay? You haven't taken a bite to eat yet?" Sophia felt confused, why was Makoto crying?

Answering her question was going to be tough, but he pushed through. "Just...remembering someone from the past." "Is it about...one of them?" Sophia's voice was low, figuring out the subject of the matter.

"Yes. We used to cook together with Shinjiro-senpai, oftenly make dinner for the rest of SEES. Fuuka Yamagishi, she was the one I was thinking about." He dug into his soul and found her Persona, Juno, shielding his soul almost as an act of hugging.

He wished he could've seen them again. Junpei, Yukari, Ken, Akihiko, Maika, Yuko, Mitsuru, Fuuka, Koromaru, and a few others.

But alas, they aren't alive anymore. He was beginning to feel lonely again, he didn't know how to cope with his feelings.

He wished he was stronger. Strong enough to keep living with them.

That's all for today. Pretty short chapter, yet the story is almost set in stone. Next chapter will be legit episode 1 of the anime...well, half of the rest of the episode. But you get it right?
