Newtmas

It had been 3 days since our new greenie, Thomas arrived in the box. I wouldn't stop thinking about him since the moment I saw him. I heard someone run up behind me and I looked to see Thomas. Suddenly he collapsed onto the ground. I jumped out of my seat and ran over to him. "Tommy? Are you okay? Can you hear me? What happened?" I attacked him with questions. He looked up at me and opened his eyes. "I-I-there was a monster and-well I didn't mean to but no one would tell me what was out there-it chased me but it lost it." Thomas stuttered catching his breath. It took me a second to understand what he has just said. "You went into the maze"? I asked. "Ya, I'm sorry please don't punish me I'm..I'm just really scared here and I don't know anyone except Chuck and he wouldn't help me and I just wanted to see it. I'm so so sorry." Tommy confessed. I couldn't punish him, I wouldn't. "Hey, it's our little secret." I smiled extending a hand which Tommy happily grabbed. "Besides you know me, and Alby. The boys here a might friendly once you get to know them." I continued once we were standing. "Thanks, Newt". I smiled at him as he walked over to the gardens. He is so cute. wait what?! Stop it Newt you can't think like that! I turned around and sighed. what is with me today?

{--Time Skip To The Bonfire--}

I was sitting against a log, the same one me and Tommy had that nice chat about our little glade. everyone was dancing and smiling. I could feel the heat from the fire against my back. Gally and Minho were seeing who could take more of Gally's 'secret drink'. I wanted to get away from all the noise so I headed towards the forest. I kept walking for what felt like an eternity until I stopped as I saw Tommy sitting against a tree. "Hiya, Tommy". I said breaking the silence. his head jerked back quickly. "I didn't mean to scare ya." I walked over to him and plunked myself behind him. "Hey Newt, I didn't expect to see you here." He said quietly. "Is it a bad thing that I'm here"? I asked sarcastically. His expression quickly changed from relaxed to worry. "No, no, no, that not what I m-" I cut him off laughing "I know Tommy, just messing with ya." he let out a breath. "So why are you out here all alone mr.quiet-guy? The bonfire's already started." I asked. "Well.." he started, he was looking at the ground. "I uhh..came here for quiet time to..think about...something." His voice was cracking the whole time he spoke, and his palms were sweaty. "Are you okay, Tommy?" He looked at me "Y-yeah. I just deciding if I should do something I've wanted to do since I first came up in the box 3 days ago or not." he stuttered. "That's why your here? If you really want to do it, go for it!" I exclaimed. "okay.." he said nervously. he looked straight into my eyes and leaned into me. He pressed his lips against mine. Omg!! He's actually kissing me!! I began to kiss him back. I felt shivers go up my spine as he tangled his hand in my hair. We kissed passionately for about a minute until we pulled back for air. "Wow" this time Tommy broke the silence. "Your a really good kisser." he said to me shyly. I blushed. "Your not bad yourself". I turned so I was facing him. "Why didn't you tell me that you liked me like that"? I wasn't normally straight forward with people but he had just kissed me so the cat was out of the bag. Tommy was red. "I feared rejection and humiliation." he admitted to me. I put my head on Tommy's shoulder. "Well you don't have to worry about any of that now." I could feel his smile. "I love you." He whispered in my ear, I felt his breath on my skin. "And I love you."
