Waking up wrapped in a blanket and I mean my head was under the covers I groan remembering last night and instantly get up hearing someone walk in the room.It was mattia whom was holding a cup of coffee
"Morning you",he says to me handing me the cup of coffee.The coffee smelled amazing i'm guessing it was a vanilla bean frappe he made himself,"Goodmorning giant",I say to him with a smile on my face which made him smile a bit.I set the coffee down on the night stand and stood up from the bed to stretch
"Plans today?",I ask the boy who stands up minutes after me and goes to his closet picking out some clothes,"Breakfast with Grey & Lisa that's all",he says to me as I slowly nod my head hearing a girls name,"Hope you have fun,I mean I'm still hurt he didn't tell me about his girlfriend or whatever she is to him",I rant to Mattia who raises his eyebrow as he places a pair of pants onto his bed
"Grey is a very busy man,lisa is our business partner and Grey doesn't really do relationships unless he's actually found the one,and neither do I unless I found the one",Mattia says to me as he walks into his bathroom to take a shower and get ready
Standing there thinking I scoff at what the boy said but realize these people really don't do relationships I mean their in a mafia for godsake.I haven't went to see my parents so maybe I should do that.Looking for some comfortable clothes I grab a pair of low wasted pants and and cropped tank top with some slides and did my makeup and hair
I left my curls out today because why not,"Going to see my parents be back later Mattia",I yell so he could hear me.Leaving the room I head downstairs and out of his place to the elevator but he was there.Huffing I stand far away from him and just wait until it stops to the first floor,"Hi",he says to me but I just ignore him because he doesn't deserve to be spoken to
"Look Hayden I'm sorry,and the girl back there she was just being annoying she's my business partner she hates when I get distracted so she did that",he says to me sounding real reasonable but Mattia said that he doesn't do relationships and he's a hardworking man,"Your a man of business and maybe she's right maybe i am a distraction and I like you I really do but we both know you don't do relationships",I say to him and that's when the elevator opened and I walked out
Leaving him there in his thoughts maybe.But I was telling the truth all these people up here care about is their money,business,and getting it on every once in a while without catching feelings and that's what Mattia was to me the first time we met and I will never forget ________________________________
𝗚𝗿𝗲𝘆𝘀 𝗣𝗢𝗩
Walking out of the elevator and to the place breakfast is at I'm stuck in my thoughts.She's so beautiful,smart,determined,courageous and the girl knows what she wants and she speaks the truth.Which I've noticed in the elevator earlier,"Grey what's going on in that head of yours?",Mattia says as he slouches in his seat
Sighing I run my fingers through my hair and do the same thing as lisa kicks us both so we could sit up straight,"Nothing man just thinking",I say to him as I grab the water from the waiter she was smokin hot but not as hot as Hayden she was nothing compared to her
"It's about that girl from last night",Lisa says taking a sip of her drink as she eyes me down.Looking away from her I look at Mattia who raises his eyebrow at me,"Which one?",Mattia says to me kind of sitting up more he seemed intrigued,"What is up with you guys saying 'Which one?' it's not funny it pissed me off",I say getting a tad bit angry

My parents weren't home so I decided to head back up to the headquarters and spot a cafe.I was hungry so walking inside I go to the counter and order,"Hello what would you like?",the girl says to me with a sweet smile on her face,"I would like a order of banana nut pancakes with whipped cream and a side of strawberries with chocolate chips on top and an orange juice please",I say as she takes down my order on a little notebook
"Okay and the total will be $16.36",she says to me as she waits for me to hand her the cash.Handing her $20 I tell her she can keep the change and than I go to take a seat waiting for a waiter to bring me my food.I hear someone kind of yell and look to see an angry Grey sitting at a table with a laughing Mattia and the girl I think her name is Lisa
I think I'm gonna take my food to go because I cannot be here at all.But than my cover gets blown when Roshaun comes in and yells",Hey Hayden",to me as he rushes over to me.I put my head down on the table and cuss under my breathe a few times.Sitting my head up I fake a smile
"Hey Roshaun",I say like I was about to kill him he slouches in the seat and I smack his leg,"Ow what was that for?!",he yells at me.But I smack my hand on my head giving up,"What do you want Roshaun?",I say to him as the waiter places my food down on the table and I thank her
Rolling his eyes he takes one of my strawberry's and that's when I stand up and smack him upside his head,"You must have lost your damn mind touching my food with those crusty ass hands and sit up in your seat the proper way it's disrespectful",I say to him as I sit down and eat my pancakes
And he did listen to me of course,"I like your attitude girl",the girl says to me I remember her face she's that girl from the club.Lisa.,"Thanks?",I say kind of confused,"I could use a girl like you to work with me especially with those two idiots over there,so what do u say?",she says looking at me.I look at Roshaun than behind her at the two boys and back at her
"I don't know",I say scratching the back of my neck unsure of what to say.She sighs and pulls something out of her pocket handing it to me it was a business card,"If you change your mind give me a call",she says to me walking away.Looking down at the card I put it in my pocket than continue to eat my food thinking
"If you don't take that job Roshauna will",he says with a girly voice causing me to laugh.Maybe he was right though maybe I should take that job,"As if",I say to him.Getting up from the table I make my way towards her table and they all look up,"I'll take it",I say to her and was about to walk away but than get stopped by a voice saying my name
"Hayden",his voice says echoing through my head.I felt a lump in my throat as he said my name,"Please let me talk to you really quick,it will only be 5 minutes or less",he says to me.Turning around I sigh and nod my head
Walking somewhere no one was we both stood face to face,"I want to say that i understand everything you said but your different,different than anyone else,I really like everything about you,your smile,your eyes,your personality and hell even when your bossy,the thing is I realized I can't look at anyone else other than you because I li-",he was about so say something but got caught off by a voice
"What's going on?",Mattia says as he looks between us two.I could see he looked upset or something,"We're having a conversation",Grey says to him sounding a bit pissed off.Looking down at my fingers and play with them but than remember the person I am so I look back up,"We're having a conversation it is very rude to interrupt someones conversation so please go sit back down Mattia",I say to him he scoffed and still stood there not budging
So moving Grey out of the way I grab him by his tie and pull him closer to me so our eyes met,"Sit",I say to him a bit mad.He looked a bit scared.Once I let go he clears his throat as he fixes his tie and than walks back over to the table,"Wow woman you really turn me on",Grey says to me as he wraps his arm around my waist,"And you don't turn me on,if you really like me your gonna have to prove it,because I find it hard to believe I'm the only girl you want",I say to him looking back at lisa who's staring at the both of us
Walking away I grab my takeout and make my way back to Mattias...
