Ashi- ha, after college we left Mumbai. We shifted to Chandigarh because of my dad's business. But after 2-3 months he suffered a big loss jiske baad we came to Sydney. I was having no contact with any of my friends nor even my school friends and cousins. I've been suffering from depression since then. Then in July some of my relatives came to my house in Sydney. After that my life was in a lane. I came to my senses. I was knowing what was the motive of my life. Then I started searching for jobs taaki thoda bahar niklu toh theek lage. But mere jo boss the he was such a jerk. He used to abuse me sexually and within a month I resigned.

All were shocked listening this and ashi was in tears. That's when Tanzeel hugged her and caressed her back.

Tanzeel- Ashi tune itna kuch saha aur hume pata tak nahi hai. Hume maaf karde yaar

Sanket- ha ashi please hume maaf karde.

Ashi- nahi yaar tum logo ki koi galti nahi hai it's just wo hona tha toh ho gaya. It was past. And this is present aur present m mai bht khush hu.

It was 11:45 pm, when ashi's phone rang. All were confused ki itni raat m kiska phone hai. It was Mr. Batras'.

Ashi ( tenses )- Mr. Batra.

Aashna- yeh kon hai ashi?

Ashi was sweating badly and said- yeh, yeh wo actually.

Manav picked up the call and kept it on speaker.

Mr. Batra- ice-cream hi khati rahogi ya mujhse baatein bhi krogi babydoll?

Ashi was shocked after listening this. She couldn't process what he was saying.

Mr. Batra- ab tm soch rahi hogi ki mujhe kese pata? Mujhe sab pata hai yaar Ashi. Tm jhuth bologi toh kya m sach ka pata nahi laga paunga. Ab kuch din toh bache hi hai tmhe meri hone m toh ab toh sudhar jao warna yaad rakhna bht bhaari padega.

Manav- oye? Kon hai bey? Kya chahiye?

Call was disconnected. Ashi was crying continuously.

Tanzeel- ashi ye kon hai? Yeh sab yeh kya bol raha hai? Bol

Unnati- kon hai ye ashi.

Ashi- my fiance.

All were shocked and phone fell from manav's hand. All were numb. Ashi was still crying helplessly and was trying to say alot of things but couldn't. There was complete silence. Then after 10-15 mins ashi decided to break the silence. She wiped her tears and said.

Ashi- guys itna miserable reaction kyu de rahe ho m kya shaadi nahi kar sakti?

Sanket- kar sakti hai ashi, bilkul kar sakti hai. Aur hmara ye reaction ye sunke nhi hai ki wo tera fiance hai balki uski baatein sunke hai. Kitni badtameezi se baat kar raha tha wo tujhse.

Unnati- ha ashi. Infact we're happy knowing that you're getting married. But trust me this person doesn't deserve you.

Tanzeel- ashi tujhe meri kasam hai, bata kya baat hai.

Ashi- nahi Tanzeel please kasam nahi. Koi baat nahi hai kya baat hogi.

Saying this she got up and went towards the window. Tanzeel went behind her and others also stood up.

Tanzeel- agar koi baat nahi hai toh tu ro kyu rahi thi jab uska call aya?

Ashi looked towards him and started crying again. Tanzeel hugged her without wasting a second and was continuosly caressing her back.

Ashi ( sobbing )- Tanzeel m ye shaadi karne se zyada marna prefer karti hu.

Tanzeel- pagal ho gayi hai kya? Ha? Tune bola bhi kese ye? Tujhe kuch ho gaya toh mera kya hoga? Idhr aa beth yaha.
