Uhhhh, I'm going to say how I feel currently because my opinion could 100% change later. I haven't finished watching the anime or playing the games because I got bored after a while, however I still know most of the characters from all the games! Gundham for example, I started part of danganronpa V2 without completely finishing Danganronpa THH.
But I still know what happened and how it ended because I saw bits and pieces :)
Now with that out of the way, here's how I feel about toko.
She had potential but Togami, more specifically her obsession with him, kinda got in the way of her character development. I know she comes back in another game that I have yet to play, and a lot of people are saying she actually has a personality now so that's good :)
But until I get to that game where she's gay for makotos sister, I'll have to say that she's an annoying pick me girl. She has no personality other than "Togami is my master" and "wHy dOeS eVeRyOnE h8 aNd bUlLy mE?!1??1!!!1?!11"
3/10 but has potential
