Life is hard [2022 journal and vents]

Today was just weird....

First of all I woke up looking like the undead. I triggered hay fever in my body when I went outside last night and I've been sneezing ,sniffling,and coughing alllllllllll day giving myself a headache until I fell asleep again. 

    .Then my dumb self must've wanted to do the almost unalive because I forgot about being allergic to blueberries and tomatoes and was sitting in the kitchen eating spaghetti and drinking blueberry lemonade... I'm not that badly allergic to both of them but at the same time it was enough to make my hay fever worse.I'm mostly ok now that I've taken a bunch of allergy medicine and tea ...But yeahhhh not the best experience possible for me today..
