A Paw Patrol Story: The Tiny Human

Chapter 1

Matthew woke up in a giant forest, he saw nothing but the giant trees and the grass. Matthew stood up and started walking around the forest. Matthew suddenly felt footsteps coming his way. Matthew suddenly bumped into something, causing him to fall to the ground.

???:Huh?

Matthew looked up and saw a massive German Shepherd looking at him. Matthew instantly started to back away from the pup.

Matthew:Go away!

???:(Um... am I really seeing this?)

Matt then noticed that he was cornered near a tree. The pup slowly came closer.

???:Take it easy, alright?

Matthew: Don't hurt me, please.

???: Don't worry I won't hurt you, just come a little closer.

Matthew stayed right where he was.

???:(I don't blame him for being scared, he's tiny after all.)

Matthew:What do you want?

???:Me? I just want to help you.

The German Shepherd lowered his head close to Matthew.

???:You mind telling me your name?

Matthew: It's Matthew.

The pup gave Matthew a warm and soft smile.

???:Well Matthew, my name is Chase.

Matthew:What did you mean by, help me?

Chase:Well because, first you're tiny and all alone and I can't let that happen because you could get hurt, second, It's kinda my job.

Matthew: Your job?

Chase:I can explain more to you, if you let me help you?

Matthew hesitated but he realized that he had no other choice but to accept help from Chase.

Matthew:Ok.

Chase:Let me call my friends alright?

Matthew: Friends?

Chase:(Chuckles) What, you thought it was just me?

Matthew: Kinda.

Chase:I know my friends and my owner will be happy to help you.

Chase then contacted his owner through his puptag.

Chase:Ryder, come in.

Ryder:(Over puptag) What is it, Chase?

Chase:Have everyone come to the forest, I found something very interesting.

Ryder:(Over Puptag) Sure.

Ryder then hung up. Chase decided to lay down close to Matthew.

Chase:Just stay calm, I promise my friends or my owner will not bring any harm to you.

After a while, the Paw Patrol finally arrived. Chase instantly stood up.

Chase:You guys sure took your time.

Matthew saw a boy, who he probably guessed was the one Chase called ''Ryder''. Ryder got close to Matthew, Ryder kneeled down to get a closer look at Matthew.

Ryder:Are you alright?

Matthew:I guess.

Matthew saw a Cockapoo, a Mix-breed, a Chocolate lamb, a Dalmatian, and a bulldog.

Chase:You guys wanna tell him your names?

Cockapoo: My name is Skye.

Mix-breed: My name is Rocky.

Chocolate lamb: The name's Zuma, little dude.

Dalmatian:My name is Marshall.

Bulldog: I'm Rubble.

Ryder: And I'm Ryder, I am the leader of this team.

Chase:Can you let us take you back to our place?

Matthew nodded his head.

Ryder:(If he lets me pick him up, this could make things a lot easier.)

Ryder:Hey Matthew, I'm gonna pick you up, is that ok?

Matthew: It's fine.

Ryder then slowly and gently picked up Matthew, using both of his hands. Ryder then gently placed Matthew on his right shoulder.

Ryder:Just stay calm, alright?

Matthew:Ok.
