Prologue

Narrator POV:

Kyle was the type of person to never go outside his house.When his parents got divorced he was forced to choose where to lived.

His mother was very alcoholic and his father was very Hot-tempered. Though his parents loved him, his parents don't want to lived at the same roof together.

Sure, he can still visit them both but, they wanted him to chose where to live with. He picked his mother because he believe that she will not bother him that much.

He still loved his father though.
He would visit his father every Saturdays. One day, his mother ordered him to go to the supermarket and buy groceries.

Of course, he agreed because he wanted to buy food. When he was going to the grocery store, he found a book called "living my life as a cat".

He bought it walked home. He was very curious on what the contents were and wanted to check it out. The book was a story were the POV was focused on a cat.

It tell us what his experience in that particular world. One day, when he was walking to school, a truck crashed into him making him fall on the ground.

Confuses and scared, he wonders if this is his where he dies. He felt so cold and numb. It feels like you had been submerged in the water completely.
Then, he heard a voice.

Telling him if he wanted to live. He obviously said yes though he didn't know that there was conditions.

What does Kyle awaits for him?
