Ponk yelped as his feet took him as fast as they possibly could through the way to dark forest. "shit shit shit shit!" he whispered to himself as he ran, jumping over roots,rocks and all life he saw, but it yet wasn't enough.

He seemed to focus too much on jumping rather than on his speed and stamina, so when he finally thought about it.

he fell."Fuck!" He quickly tried rising to his feet as a sharp pain shot through his leg making him stumble.He injured his ankle."Shit shit shit" he continued running, a bit slower due to the injury causing the one thing he didnt want to find him, to do just that.

he could feel its arms wrap around his body tossing him over its shoulder "caught you"Sam smirked as he held onto the boy by his thighs.

"Awh come on! i was so close to winning too!" he sighed panting a bit from running. Sam chuckled "You where. But four legs is better than 2 and trust me, you falling did not support your odds."

Ponk sighed as the green haired male slowly went back into his fully human form. He sighed holding Ponk in his arms, bridal style as he walked into the white haired's cottage not too far away, putting him down on the bed and then went off to get some bandages and ice.

he soon came back to ponk changing his shirt which was covered in mud. Sam flinched a little but shook it off squatting down in front of him. He slowly lift his foot earning a loud whine "ow ow ow!"

sam sighed "Well you definetly sprained it." He got the ice placing it on his shoulder and then the foot on the ice. "Lets see."

Slowly sams fingers thread the bandage around the others foot, making sure to glance up at his face once in a while to see so that he didnt hurt him. It was almost impossible thought since his mask was on.

"There." Sam smiled a little helping the other lay down and keeping his foot on a stack of pillows since it heals quicker that way.

"and ponk. Until your healed. No running around and definetely no stealing bread."Ponk sighed loudly which turned into a groan "But you suck at baking! Bads bread is delicious!" Sam sighed and crossed his arms "then why dont you just buy it from him instead?"

Ponk flinched he had clearly never thought of that before which made sam laugh. Sam chuckled a little and sat on the bed next to him "Doesnt that mask make you hot?"

Poink chuckled "Look i already know im hot, no need to tell me" Sam sighed "not like that dumbass"

Ponk sighed smiling a little "To answer, yes it does but im not taking it off. Its comforting"

sam accepted this response and nodded.
