I installed the pregnancy plus app for this HDHDHDHDHD- I didn't want to change my Flo app to pregnant so yuh- Anyway enjoy 9 months of Nathalie being pregnant this gets updated daily

Nathalie woke up that morning and immediately sped off to her obgyn.
"Good morning!" Nathalie smiled as she sat on the table "Morning Ms.Sancoeur" She smiled slightly
"So um, I'd like to find out the gender of my...twins" Nathalie smiled forcefully "Oh my God! Congrats!" The doctor jumped and squealed "Wait, what's wrong Nathalie?" She asked "I just- I just don't know how to deal with- twins" Nathalie felt herself tear up "Oh come here" she pouted.
Nathalie cried into her shoulder before they pulled apart and wiped their tears. They started the examination not too long after and the doctor saw something, now she wouldn't tell Nathalie but there was definitely something big going on.
"Be back her in a week, sharp!" The doctor instructed without further warning
