Its been months, maybe years, since the incident. No one could really tell how long it's been, as it was quite easy to lose track of time. The city had been littered and overrun by the flesh eating monsters. No one dared to set foot near the place.

Except one.

Lucia Noceda, the rumored hermit. Tougher than nails and stronger than anything. She had wits to her, not as stupid as people would think with hidden talents no one knew about.

Ever since the death of her mother and her younger sister, Lucia dissapeared off the map. No one knows where she went off to, and no matter how hard they tried, not a soul could find her. She left no traces, no trails to follow. It was as if she had suddenly vanished off the face of the earth.

Little did they know, the female never left the town.

The Noceda didn't trust others, nor did she trust the camps they had set up to barracade themselves against the massive hordes that grew by the day. They always did bug her, seeing them as absolutely useless.

But the camp that she hated most, the one that bugged her, was the school. It was far too close to her hiding place as it set Lucia's nerves in edge. If someone were to stumble upon her house, she were done for. The last thing the woman wanted was to be found.

And to top everything off, it was in the way of her getting to the city.

Every supply run, every outing, she would pass the school. Staying quiet, she would stealthily pass by, not alerting any guards that were on watch that day. It was the last thing she wanted, to be seen.

Lucia was pretty good at hiding, always have been. Well, until the day she wasn't.

The day she was finally found.

SO! New book! Gonna keep my focus more on this one so that I don't start 50 million other books that I most likely wouldn't finish.

I've got chapter 1 already in the process of being prewritten, so that should be out in the next week or so.
