Friend or Lover: Life goes on (Saku x Kaku x Sasu x Yukino)

A new me- Part 17

Getting back into the city, flying over seas, she felt different. She felt...like a new person for a few reasons. Not only because she almost lost her virginity...the first time having a man...her man... entering her, but because she felt like she got to know him more...a different side of him on this trip. The good....and the unexpected. This long trip with only him, away from friends, away from the city she was use to. In the end, he made her feel like everything was fate...that everything was for a reason, and it was really resonating with her. 

"I'm gonna miss being here with you....now we have to go back to reality...huh?"

"I'm afraid so...but....lets not think about it until we have to, hm?"

"Alright." she gives him a kiss, and snuggles into him as they continued their 7 hour flight back home. They land, and head straight home where he had emails and meetings waiting for him. Fun. He knew they were piling up, but he really did his best to limit them on his trip. As soon as they got in, he gives her a long kiss.

"I'll be in my office. I'll be out within 2 hours or so, I promise."

"Okay." He kisses her once more, and leaves her in the living room with all their bags. She sits on the floor, and starts opening up her souvenirs she bought in Hawaii. She had a few key chains, some jewelry, a few t shirts, and more than enough pictures to make a huge slide show if she wanted to. Sighing, she lays down on the hard wood floors and looks up to the ceiling, resting her eyes. She didn't get all that much sleep last night with their some what long session, and even the plane ride wasn't enough for her. Rubbing her neck on her sore spots, she says to herself..."Bed....the bed would be nice..." as she drifted off into a nap, never leaving the floor. About 30 minutes later, she hears her phone buzzing, waking her up. Lazily digging through her purse that was nearby, and pulling it out, she saw it was Ino.

'Hey, Saku. You back??'

'Yeah, just got in.'

About 2 minutes later. 'How you feeling?? Are you still a....you know...."

Sakura rolls her eyes and texts back. 'Oh my god. Was that the only thing you were wondering about?? I thought you would ask me about my trip! You sicko...'

Ino reads it and chuckles to herself. 'Haha! Well, you are the last one of the pack to lose it so...yeah...it was at the top of my list to find out. Well...did you???! OR did you chicken out??'

She only exhales, and rests her phone down onto her chest for a moment and reminisces about it. How she attempted....how she cried...how caring he was with her, the things he said to her...and that stupid, god awful fight. So she lies. 'It was perfect...it was...wonderful. I feel like it was always meant to be with him...and no one else.'

After reading her text, Ino started getting all giddy, and couldn't contain herself. 'Wooo!!! He did you good, huh??!'

Sakura couldn't control her laughter after reading that, and just shakes her head. 'Shut up!! Why do you say it like that??'

'Hahaha...I'm just kidding Saku. I'm happy you finally entered the world of...well...sex. Anywho, how was your trip??'

'Oh..noooww you ask?? Jerk.' She continues texting back in forth until Sakura realizes that their other half wasn't in the convo. 'Hey...what's up with Sasuke? Should we use the other group chat??' She doesn't get a response for a good 5 minutes after a constant back and forth mode, making her worry a bit.

'He umm...actually hasn't been around much. We weren't really talking Saku...I told you. But I think...he's been at his parents house.'

'His parent's house?? He never goes there. In fact...he hates it there.' 'What?? Why? What happened?' About a minute later, her phone starts ringing.
