Go Kart Racing And Secrets

The next day brought you all to a Go-kart place because as soon as Jinyoung suggested it, all the boys were agreeing, to the point of them nearly leaving you in the villa.

If not for Jake noticing you weren't in the van, they will not rush back to you who stand in the front door, almost red from fuming at the audacity for them to leave you.

And now here you are in the side of the starting line, the boys were all sat in the Go-kart waiting for the worker to blow the whistle.

The five of them decided to have a race and forced you to watch to be the judge on who is really the fastest of them. When you suggest for you to join, they all refused and as a payment for your hurt feelings, there's a lot of snack now in a plastic bag in your hand.

As they waited, you watched as Kai whispered something to Jake who after listening looked up. His eyes stopped on you and you gave him a small wave causing for him to grin before turning his attention back to their race.

Jay who was on the edge of their line, had caught the entire exchange and let out a huff before focusing to the worker.

Once the whistle is blown, they were all a blur of colors in your eyes as their Go-karts sped up to the wide lane and watching the three (Jay, Sunghoon and Jake) trying to get ahead of one another was indescribable.

But Jake passed between the two effortlessly and swerved when Jay tried to bump into him. A cheer rang out from Kai through the race as Jake wins the first lap and almost turned and look at you.

His eyes swept across your eating figure before finally winning the overall race minutes later.

The race was thrilling and a part of you was annoyed that you had been single out to join. Are they just scared that you might win through your undeterred determination?

You stand then, waiting for them as they climbed out of the go-karts one by one and Jay is the first one to run in your figure.

"Did you enjoy it?", you asked happily.

He frowns, "A bit but I should've known by now Jake will always win at things like this", he said.

"Is he really the sportiest out of all of you?", you inquired and remembered how Sunghoon is an athlete as well.

"If you're referring about Hoon, he is just good when it comes to sports that had to do with ice", Jay clarified and you just nodded.

He watched you then silently watching Sunghoon who, the second winner, talked to Leo and Kai as they seemed to converse about the other activity in this place.

You were about to comment on it when a hand slid around your shoulder and Jay, taking one look at whoever it is, stayed firmly in his standing spot. Looking at the boy beside you, you laughed at the pure look of excitement in Jake's eyes.

"Did you have fun watching us?", he asked, smiling widely.

You nodded, "It makes me kind of upset of why did you all never let me join"

"Well, we'll certainly let you have a ride alone", he lifted his eyes away from you and cleared his throat awkwardly, "Listen, about the matter we talked about yester -"

"We can talk about it next time, Jake", you cut him off, seeing that Jay's frown is deepening.

But then, isn't he the only person to see you and Jake entering the room by the hour of 2 am in the morning? He didn't question it, he just went on to sleep directly like a log.

Jay ignored your conversation and carried on, "Jake, we must pay now for her ride before the others invited her for a race"

"Really, the two of you want me to give me some space for once?", you said in a sound that tells you find it so ridiculous.

"You know what? Just accept it and we know you want to, especially because we know it will make you so happy", Jake cleared out for you to understand clearly.

"Really?", you asked, your disbelief is obvious.

Jay bit his bottom lip, thinking for a moment, "Just for you, of course"

The grin you gave to the two of them in response was blinding. It must be such a rare sight because they were speechless until you came to one of the Go-karts and after listening to the instruction, you were zooming out from their sight.

The other boys like Leo and Kai heads off to the snack store inside, while Sunghoon stepped forward to where Jay and Jake is watching you, the smile was still there in your face as you look around at the mountainous side from the horizon.

With the wind blowing by in your tied up hair, you can even smell the pleasant smell of the sea from afar and the sky looks like a picturesque as blue as the waiting ocean below. There were seagulls flying in the air as well, their cries keeping you company.

"She looks so happy", Jake said, helping himself with an apple juice.

"For some reason, this feels like the happiest I've seen her", Jay added to their starting conversation.

After a few minutes, he felt someone's eyes on the side of his face and turning to Sunghoon, raising an eyebrow.

"It's just...", Sunghoon starts but with a pause, his head lowering as if shy of what he's about to say, "I think I'm close to falling inlove with her"

"We really didn't ask you that", Jay insisted, not liking where this is going.

And then Jake said, "Well, I already did. I can say that I love her, that I may not want to let go"

The three of them continued to sit in silence until they saw you nearing them, still all smiles and so oblivious of what they were talking about. Most of the time since you came into their school, it had mostly been of you, their topic is.

They can't help it when you piqued their interest.

"So guys", Jay said, finally speaking up, "Will you be ready if she chose one of us?"

"The better question", Sunghoon said, turning to look at Jake, "Will the two of you be prepared if she do becomes my girl?"

He can only say that since he knew something they didn't and yet, Jay was actually in knowledge of that fact or more of a secret.

For now, it's a secret for everyone especially to the girl they were watching.

"Does it really matter?", Jake asked, making the two turn to look at him, "You both know she's crazy about me, right?"

Sunghoon as if realizing that he was present, sent him a contemplating look, "Don't sound too sure about yourself when a girl can change her mind"

"I don't understand you two", Jay rubbed at the bridge of his nose slightly, "If she does end up choosing one of us, you should accept it even if it's not fair to you and she would prefer it that way"

Once they heard your rare squeal due to you jumping out of the Go-kart with a smile, they stopped talking and you became the thing they only could see.

And when they look at you closely running to one of them, all they wanted was for the old you to come back.

If not to see you jumping into Jake's arms and that scared them, knowing you'd been serious about that friend of theirs.

They can't blame you when Jake had always been the one girls wanted the most out of them.
