Hensley Pov:

After school I took the bus to work, my shift starts at 4pm which is perfect because that's around the time I get there, and it ends at around 11pm. On weekends I start at around 12pm and end at 6pm. I work Monday's, Thursday's, and obviously Saturday and Sunday. My boss Elizabeth is really nice, she's the granddaughter of the owner.

The bus stops right outside the 'Blue Flames Diner' where I work, the name is pretty cool but it's kinda weird in a way.

I already changed into my uniform at school so I could jump right into work, it's easier that way. I open up the door and the bell dings, one of my coworkers Samantha greets me, "Hi Hensley, how was school?" She asks me, Samantha is a few years older than me. She has light blonde hair and blue eyes that look like the ocean, her nose is small and her lips are plump in other words, she's absolutely gorgeous. She's quite tall around 5'9, honestly she could be a model.

"It was alright thank you!" I go over to the back and put my apron on, get my notepad and pen and head back out where the dining area is.

I walk over to my first customers and greet them, "Hi i'm Hensley and i'll be your server for tonight! What can I get for you guys?" The couple put their menus down and look up at me and smile kindly.

"I'll have the burger with everything on it with fries with a water and my lovely wife will have veggie burger without the tomato's and water as well please." The old man hands me the menu and puts his hand on top of the lady's, they're so cute.

"Of course, it will be out soon." I write down their orders, pick up their menus and give the order to the chef, his name is Mike. He's in his 40's and a great chef. He's a kind man. He has brown hair, turning grey. He has kind hazel eyes, he's maybe around 5'10.

Time skip

My shift is almost over, I was about to go to the back until I hear Samantha call me, "Hensley! You have one more customer!" She motions to the booth at the back of the Diner.

I walk over with my notepad in one hand and my pen in the other, "Hi i'm Hensley I'll be your-" I look and see that it's Bashy Boy and a little girl, she looks just like Bash just a female version, she's adorable. Bash looks at me and just sighs, rude.

"Sebby she's pretty." The little girl pokes Bash's arm, awh I love her already.

He whispers something in her ear that I can't make out, she giggles and looks up at me. "Can I please have the chicken nuggets and fries OH and some sprite!" Shes so polite, so just want to pinch her cute little cheeks.

"Of course you can sweetie." I take her menu and turn to Bash, he reads over the menu again " I'll have the burger without tomato's and pickles, I'll also get some water." He hands me the menu and I write down their orders.

"Coming right up!" I smile at both of them and go back to the kitchen.

"Hey Mike, one last order!" I walk over to him and give him the sheet of paper with the order.

"Alright Hensley, should be out in 30 minutes. Would you like me to make you anything?" He starts getting out all the ingredients.

"Could you make some extra fries please?" I ask politely. I always take fries back to Ma, she says they're the best fries she's ever had.

"Yep! Coming right up," He says.

I tell him a quick thank you and walk back out to the dining area. A man stubbles in and sits down at the bar area and looks at me.

"Hey sweets wanna go out and have some fun?" He slurs with his words and winks at me, ew.

I was about to reply until Bash shows up behind me, Bash looks the man up and down and glares at him.
