Alice opened a large chest full of photos. She reached in and pulled out a photo of when Jade was adopted. Jewel had her hand on Jade's shoulder while Alice was on the left of the girls and Maxwell was on the right. She felt hot tears streaming down her cheeks. She remembered how protective Maxwell was of the girls. No matter what danger they were in, he would run to their rescue every time. He did the same with Alice. She turned the photo over and saw a letter tapped on it.
Dear Alice My Love,
If you are reading this then I have passed. I'm sure you miss me and I know I miss you, Darling. There is no need to cry. The girls need you to be strong. You are all they have left. You were my one and only. You saved me from me all those years ago. I'm so grateful for you. That is why I want you to move on. I don't want you to suffer. Find someone who makes you just as happy as I made you. Alice, I love you please continue to light up the world with that amazing smile you have. Whoever you choose to be with you I hope they make you happy.
Sincerely,
Maxwell AftonAlice puts the letter down and covers her mouth. She put the photo back in the chest and closed it. She took the letter with her. She leaves the attic and closes the entrance. She then travels to her room and closes the door.
Tears still cascaded down her face. She never knew that letter was there. She had always felt that moving on from Maxwell wouldn't be right. Now that she knows that it's okay to move on and she will. It was his last wish after all. Maxwell had been dead for a few years at this point. Through the tears, she spots her Golden Freddy Plush. She wipes her tears and brings them close to her. Then, she brings it into her chest. Next, she looks at the bracelet on her wrist.
"So I can move on to him. Goldie, I'm so sorry for making you wait. I do love you and I always have." She says to herself not knowing that the plush in her arms was listening in.
Goldie smiled to himself as he hid amongst the shadows at Freddy Fazbear's Dinner. He is glad he learned that the plush could be used as a listening tool. You see the plush was his voodoo doll. Anything done to it would be done to him. Anything it hears he hears and so forth. He felt her hug around him. It actually was quite comforting.
After a few hours, Alice stops hugging the plush and sets him on the nightstand. She puts the letter away in the drawer below the plush. Alice began to search for something. After a while, she finally moves on.
The next day she goes to Freddy's at night. Once she was there she set her hand on the handle and took a deep breath. Through the glass doors, she sees Foxy holding Jewel lovingly. Her eyes next land on the stage with Jade and Bonnie playing together. Alice sighed and bravely walked through the door. Could she really let Goldie into her heart? Has she truly moved on? Well, let's see.
Once inside she is hit by the smell of fresh pizza. That brought back memories but she was on a mission so she couldn't reminisce. Jewel jumps out of Foxy's arms and speeds over to Alice. She then gave her mom a hug. She asked, "Mom what are you doing here?" Alice replied, "That's something I can't say yet." With that Jewel goes back to Foxy. Alice makes her way further into the pizzeria. Freddy walked up to Alice and asked, "What brings you here boss?" Her eyes looked up to his and she replied, "Where's Goldie?" Freddy sighed, "Here there everywhere. Sometimes he's not there." With that, Freddy heads to the kitchen leaving a very confused Alice.
Suddenly, a weird sound is heard and Alice feels a large hand on her shoulder. She turns around and is met by a gold fuzzy chest. Looking up all she could see was the bottom of Goldie's jaw. He looks down at her. Alice was 5"4. Then, the background around them changed. They stood in a dark forest. The moon was shining through the trees and they were surrounded by dancing yellow fireflies. Goldie then sits down on the dark green grass. Now he is at eye level with Alice. She stood there shocked. She didn't expect to be teleported. Goldie somehow smiled at her.
"You came back sooner than last time. So why did you come back?" He stares into her green eyes.
Alice then sticks her hand in her pocket. She searched around until she found it. She pulled out a golden bow enamel pin. She looks back at the golden bear and says, "Look Goldie I'm so sorry for being gone for so long. You see I have been thinking since we met last that maybe it's time for me to move forward... What I'm trying to say is I love you." She then reaches out her hand with the pin to Goldie. His smile turned into a smirk and he replied as he took the pin, "It's about time Starshine." He then takes his hat off and pins the pin to his hat. That is when he noticed the gray lines going across it. Finally, he places the hat back on his head.
Right away, he pulls Alice into a loving embrace. She wraps her arms around him. They sat there for a moment the light from the fireflies and moon illuminating them. Alice pulled back from the embrace and brought her lips to Goldie's. She closes her eyes she leans deeper into the kiss. Goldie does the same as his hands find hers. This lasted for god knows how long before they pulled away. Alice Needed to breathe after all.
