Squid Game

[Info: Lisa and Y/N get partnered together in the fourth game without knowing their fates]

[Warning ⚠: The following oneshots contains spoilers of Squid Game, as well as mentions of d*ath and b*ood. Read at your own risk please. You have been warned]

[Third Person]

As everyone was barely holding on after the traumatizing experience of the third game, "The Blue Danube" began playing through the speakers of the dorm, indicating the next game is about to begin. 

As soon as the songs begin to play, the guards arrive and escorts the remaining players to the unknown room.

As all the players finally gathered at the room, a voice was heard through the speakers.

"Hello fellow players, its finally time for the fourth game. For this game, you are needed to be in pairs. You'll be given 10 minutes, get moving."

As soon as the announcement ended, everyone began scrambling around to look for a partner.

Lisa, immediately sets out to find her partner while coming up with strategies despite not knowing anything about the fourth game. 

Lisa scans the room quietly, trying to find a partner to team up with.

Her thoughts were suddenly interrupted when someone called out

"Ya!" The unknown person called out to her. 

Lisa turned around and it was her teammate from the previous game, player 240 a.k.a Lee Y/N. 

"Let's partner up together" Y/N said causing Lisa to scoff silently.

"And why would I do that?" Lisa asked 

"Well I'm pretty sure that you aren't gonna be begging everyone to team up with you, so let me save you the trouble by partnering with me"

Lisa stared at Y/N, doubting on whether or not she should pair up with the short hair latter or not.

In the end, Lisa finally gave in.

"You better not mess around okay? I'm trying to win" Lisa warned Y/N sternly.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure you win" Y/N reassured.

"Okay then" Lisa said as she held her hand out

Y/N smiles and shakes Lisa's hand.

"I have a question" Y/N asked

"What?" Lisa asked

"Why did you pick me as another teammate for the game before?" Y/N asked curiously.

For a minute, Lisa was silent.

After a while she spoke up...

"You seemed like someone worth trusting" Lisa replied causing Y/N to smile a bit.
