Teenage Years

A few years go by, Fiona and Jared became the bestest of friends. They became inseparable and never missed out on a moment. Fiona wakes up to her alarm and gets up getting dressed and ready for school. She put on a pair of ripped jeans and a black long sleeve shirt before going to the bathroom brushing her hair leaving it over one shoulder then she puts on a little bit of makeup. When Fiona finished getting ready, she went downstairs and saw a note on the table. She picked up the note and read it " Hey princess, I had to go out for a few days on a business trip but don't worry I left you some money to order pizza or something and your aunt Sarah will come by and take you shopping. I love you and I'll see you when I get back -Dad P.S please make sure the house stays clean and please make sure the animals get taken care of ". Fiona makes herself breakfast and eats. When she was finished eating she took care of her dog Baby and her snake Rosa before getting her shoes on and grabbing her backpack walking out of the house then she walks to school. She got to school and went to her locker grabbing her books before putting her earbuds in to listen to music. She looked around and sighed as she wished Jared was there. Him and his mother moved away a when they were going into middle school and Fiona was sad he left. The whole time during middle school she never talked to anyone but, when she got to high school she talked to a few people and made friends. She was lost in her thoughts when she jumped from her friends coming up to her " hey guys " she said " hey Fiona how's it going " nicole said " oh same as usual except my dad's out of town " Fiona said " oh cool we should have a girls night tonight " Kailey said " yea we can do that my aunt is gonna pick me up and take me shopping so i'll let you know when I get back home " she said as the bell rang and they all went to class. 

  At the end of the day, Fiona went out to her aunts car and got in buckling up " hey sweetie how was school?" she asked " it was alright same as always " Fiona said " alright well how does going to the mall sound and then after that we go grocery shopping to fill up the fridge and cabinets while your dad is gone for a few days " " yea that sounds good any budget for the mall" " nope you know me sweetheart I let you get whatever you want no matter the price ". They went to the mall and Fiona walked around getting some new outfits, accessories, and makeup before going to the salon to get their nails done before they went to the store to go grocery shopping. 

Jared's POV: 

    Jared woke up in the morning and got ready for school. He didn't wanna go because it was not the same without Fiona. He was very upset when him and his mother moved away because now he misses her so much. Once he finishes getting ready he goes downstairs to see his mom making breakfast " Good morning sweetheart" " morning " he said and sat down at the table " hey can you make sure the house is cleaned today when you get home from school please" His mother asked " why are we having company over " he asked " yes I've been talking to this guy for a while and he is gonna be in town for a few days so I thought it would be nice to invite him over tonight for dinner and for you to meet him because I think this one is a good one " she said " okay" he said and sighed a bit before finishing his breakfast then he grabbed his bag before going out to walk to school.

    Since he's moved he hasn't talked to anyone and would just sit by himself. It felt off to socialize with others because all he could think about was Fiona and how much he misses her so much. The whole day he couldn't stop thinking about her and really wishes he could see her. At the end of the day he went home and cleaned the house as best as he could and to where his mom would like it then he pulled out everything she needed to prepare for dinner tonight. 

  At dinner, He sat down at the table with his mother and the guy she was having dinner with. He looked at the man and he looked at him  " so Jared how are you in school? " the man asked " well i'm smart, I get good grades, I don't socialize much, and I'm in choir so i sing and I play guitar " " oh wow that's awesome my daughter is in choir too " the man said " oh you have a daughter why isn't she here with you i'm sure she would want to meet my mother and me if things were to progress into the future? " " well Jared sweetie his daughter is at home because she has school she cant blow off school and come here just to meet us but don't worry you will meet her soon because we have actually been talking about him and his daughter moving in with us " she said " really? I guess that's fine " he said " I hope you don't mind dogs or snakes because my daughter has one of each " Jared shakes his head " no not at all I love animals " he said
