{Hadrian POV}

As we entered the common room, the prefects turned around and started to explain the 'ground rules.

"As a Slytherin, you will be belittled and accused of many things. Even if you were not there. So we reinforce these rules.", the girl started in a very formal manner.

"1. You will always be with a fellow Slytherin or another honorable student. This provides not only an alibi but also protection.

2. Do not get caught doing anything against school regulations. We are already looked down upon. We do not need to give the other houses a reason to hate us."

"3. You are to get at least 20 points a week and are expected to get at least an E on all school work and tests.

4. We meet every Friday night in the common room at 8:30 P.M.

And lastly, 5. Do not betray any housemate. This is one of the most important rules. If you let outside houses see that we can't even care for our own, we will be made as a laughing stock. Anything that happens in and Slytherin traitor stays between Slytherins" continued the blonde-haired boy next to her.

Another girl, probably a fifth year, finished with, "Now, with all that said our head of the house would like to have a few words before we retire for the night."

"Welcome to Slytherin. As I'm sure most of you know, this is the house of cunning and ambition. With this in mind do not get caught doing anything stupid. If you are, you will be severely punished. Now good night, you all will get your residuals in the morning."

And with that, we all went to bed.

So far, this house has been all that I could ever need. Everything from the students to the stone walls feels like a real home. Draco, while a little rude and a lot self-centered, is a good friend.

And Theo is always there to give good advice on which book to read. And a voice of reasoning between Draco and Blaise when they get into arguments.

On the note of Blaise, he is just the life of the party. Always making jokes and lighting the mood, but he can also be a real good listener.

I have also spent some time with Ellen and Liam. They are still my friends of course, but it is hard to find lots of time with them with different timetables and houses, (Liam is in Hufflepuff. I have no clue how I forgot to put that in. Feel free to shame me in the comments.) but I have a plan for that.

Second Year

This year with the help of Tom I'm going to start a club. A culture club (yeah, got this from Darking of Your Soul. If you have not read it, it is on Ao3 and Wattpad. A great story by a great author. A high suggestion.). This will help me get closer with my friend and with influencing the muggle-borns and muggle-raised half-bloods to see pureblood culture.

Tom has also shown me a secret chamber. He says it has been in his family since this school was built. He says he will clean it up and soon it will be a secure place I can go to when I feel scared or need some time.

Third Year

This year Tom has agreed to start teaching me. He says by the end of the year I should be able to do simple dark spells, a lot of grey magic, and clemency. I'm soo excited.

Fourth Year

This year I and Tom have agreed to bring the Dark Lord back. We have gotten the ministry to reinstate the Triwizard Tournament. We, of course, will enter my 'brother' Princeton and he will 'bring back the Dark Lord; and soon after that, I will be named the Dark Prince.

Fith Year

Our plan worked, but that stupid ministry is not listing to what the 'savor' is saying. But it is funny to see both my brother and Dumbledore being slandered and at the same time.

Ok, now we are ready to begin. I have aged Harry and their friends up to a nice age, 16. The next part will start in the 6th year. I have now clarified some things but if you are confused please ask away.
