This must be what this person wants to talk with me about. Potter is in some legal trouble, but with what. It has to do with money. I should be at the Leaky Cauldron in only a few moments. What was the name again?

That's right! Riddle. I wonder if that is real or made up?

"Welcome! Can I help you?"

"Yes, I'm here to see a friend who is staying in a room here. The name is Riddle."

"Oh, of course! That is room 48. The resident has the only key, but I'm sure that they know you are coming."

"Yes, thank you!"

Room 48, room 48,...
Room 48! Here it is!

I knock three times before stilling as I hear someone moving, probably to get the door.

The door opens and the person greets me with a "Good afternoon, Ms. Skeeter! Please come in we have much to discuss."

Before Skeeter showed up

I had sent a letter to Ms. Skeeter this morning. We planed to meet after she saw for herself the way James acts. I will 'request' that she make an article about this and soon the public will see James for the man or lack of, that he is.

Skeeter shows up

"Mr. Potter? Why did you want to meet with me?"

"I believe you already know that," I respond motioning for her to sit at the table, taking the other seat after she does.

"Well I have some clue, but do not know all the details. Like why Lord Potter or should I say,y Mr. Potter, for now, is on trial or why you want to meet with me. Shouldn't you want to keep this secret?"

"Yes, Ms. Skeeter. I should but I don't. I brought the charge against him."

"You are putting him on trial?", she says confirming, already having the quill and paper out.

I gently put my hand on the quill before it could write. " I would like to keep that out of the public eye for not, but I have lots of information I would like for you to release." I look at her very seriously and continue with," I trust you won't release any of this information before I want it out. Otherwise, someone else will get it. And trust me there is lots of facts to tell. All interesting, and able to make at least five articles. I just ask you to wait and work with me."

"Of course!"

"Now before we continue, I want to sign a contract. I am a Slytherin too, Ms. Skeeter. And I would hate for someone to find out about a little bug problem you have."

"Ok, I'll sign it."

"Good. I thank you for making this easier for me."

"Of course, dearie! But you promise this will also help me?"

"Yes. You will be getting lots of money from this and if this goes well I would like to continue this working relationship with you later on. It says this all in the contract. All you have to do is a sign."

She quickly signs the piece of paper, barely looking over it.

"Ok, now you were telling me about putting your father on trial."

"Indeed, I was..."
