Attlus
I hum as I walk down the stairs at the early hours of the morning. I pass the living room when a yell sounds in the house. I jump since it was so quiet and slowly make my way towards it.
"Ares, you need to calm down." I tilt my head at Sirs voice.
"Don't tell me to fucking calm down!" Ares screams and my heart squeezes at the pain in his voice.
"What happened?" I ask as I enter. My soft voice breaks the two up.
"Why the hell did you do this!" He yells as tears stream down his face. I frown at his dilated pupils and sweaty face. "He's dead now! Why did he have to die?!" He falls to his knees, "we barely got to learn about each other and now he's dead." He whispers and shakes his head.
"Ares, who's dead?" Sir asks. Ares lifts his head and looks at me.
"I'm so sorry." He sobs and clutches his chest. "He wouldn't wake up." My eyes widen before I run back up the stairs.
"Forrest!" I yell, "Forrest, where are you?!" I bang open every door until I come to the last one. His room. My body freezes as I look on the bed. His body is pale and his lips blue. I gasp shakenly and walk up to him. I cover my mouth as I look at his white face and once beautiful brown horns. "F-Forrest..." I whimper, "Buck?" I sob as I look at his peaceful face. "You promised you wouldn't leave me." Sir catches me as I fall to the floor.
"Oh no," he whispers and slowly lowers us to the ground. "It'll be okay, Attlus. It'll be okay."

The rain pours down on us as we all stand outside. The rain mixes with my tears as I look behind me. Ares leans against a tree sobbing heavily with Sir by his side. My chest tightens as I look down at the stone in front of me. "Goodbye, Buck." I whisper as I turn around. The wind picks up and I swear I hear his voice telling my goodbye.
