"Hey babe..." Words escape a smile as the sun slowly begins to pry open my eyelids. As my eyes fully opened I saw a figure in the corner.
I panic.
"HELP! GET AWAY FROM ME!" I yell as I back into a wall.
"DONT WORRY! It's just me... It's just Rio..." He calmed me.
"Oh... Thank god... I thought you were-"
"Jack. Ya I know." He cut me off abruptly. "You need to eat and change your bandages." Rio said.
He got up from his chair and approached where I laid in his bed. He slowly removed the covers to reveal my legs.
"Oh shit... He bruised you bad...." he whispered.
Rio slowly removed my bandages and dabbed some alcohol on my wounds and wrapped them up with new bandages.
"Come on... You have to eat something!" He sighed as I refused the soup he tried to feed me.
"Please? For me?" He begged.
"Fine." I took a sip of the soup.
"Alright now get some rest..." he kissed
my forehead.
"Oh... Crap! Don't tell Nicole!" He looked at me wide eyed.
I laughed and just shrugged it off and fell asleep.
