My Sister (A Subaru x Yume Fan Fic)

A Visit

Third Person's POV

Early in the morning, M4 arrived at the practice room to rehearse with S4, and Suzuki. Just when they arrived, they were already doing their warm-ups and they decided to do theirs too. Just when Subaru was doing stretches, Suzuki quickly grabbed him by the arm and dragged him outside. Now that they were alone, Suzuki crossed her arms as she looked at Subaru waiting for him to tell her something
"What?" he asked confused
"Come on, tell me about it" Suzuku said as Subaru raised a brow
"Tell you what-" he was cut off by Suzuki leaning close to him
"Last night. Confession to Yume." she said. Subaru blushed as he remembered about the night before, this reaction made Suzuki smirk as she stepped back
"Come on, I'm all ears!" she said as she did stretches. Subaru then followed her as he told her about last night.

"And now, we're lovers" he said bashfully as Suzuki gave him a knowing look. Subaru blushed more as he did more stretches
"I'm sure you already knew what happened, why did you have to ask me?" he said as Suzuki giggled
"Just wanted to hear it from you directly" she said as Subaru sighed. She gave him a pat on the head and ruffled his hair.
"My brother has a girlfriend and I'm happy! The Yūki name shall go on!" Suzuki said as Subaru chuckled at her attitude but then blushed as he understood what she meant. The two bickered around for a bit then decided to go back to the practice room so they can finally start. The moment they entered the room, Suzuki cupped her hands and shouted.

"SUBARU AND YUME-SAN ARE DATING! I REPEAT! SUBARU AND YUME-SAN ARE DATING!"

Both Yume and Subaru turned red while the others looked at them with surprised faces. Just when they were about to ask questions, Suzuki stopped them,
"Questions later, practice first" she said. They all slumped as Suzuki ushered them to their places and they started their practice.

By the time lunch came, M4 and S4 along with Koharu and Laura ate lunch together by one of the gazebos. They threw questions at the couple such as how, where, and when did it happen, and who confessed to who. Subaru had to shush them first before he and Yume could start telling them what happened. They all stayed silent as they listened intently.

When the story ended, the two were flooded by praises and congratulations. They could only thank their friends for the support and said that they too would support their relationships. For the rest of the day their practice continued and some changes were made. Suzuki was satisfied with their progress and decided to end the session earlier.

Everyone was packing to leave to do their own thing, Suzuki was about to do the same until she thought of something last minute, Subaru noticed this.
"What's wrong?" he asked, Suzuki just shook her head as she patted his back
"It's nothing, you go on ahead" she said as she gave him a little push. Subaru wondered about her intentions but chose not to question it so he left ahead.

Suzuki smiled to herself as she turned to see Yume finish packing her belongings then standing up to leave. The ombré haired girl was surprised to see Suzuki looking at her, she only sweat dropped from the awkwardness she felt. Suzuki then made her way towards her making Yume more tense
"Wh-what is it Suzuki-san?" she asked nervously
"I just wanted to ask how you feel. With you and Subaru being together and all" Suzuki said. Yume blushed at the statement but recovered to respond,
"I'm happy that Subaru-kun felt the same. It's still a bit hard to believe that we're actually lovers now" she said as Suzuki nodded for her to continue
"I was surprised to hear that he actually liked me since the Christmas during my first year here. It was unexpected for me. When I started having feelings for him I noticed a few things about him and learned more about him. I believe there will be more sides of him I'll discover now that we're in a relationship" Yume said genuinely as Suzuki's grin widened. Yume noticed this and turned red from embarrassment.
"Anyway! I'm really happy and I'll work hard for us to be happy!" she said in a panic as Suzuki giggled,
"I'm glad to hear that. Knowing that my Subaru is in good hands is a relief" Suzuki said as she turned to the door. Yume pondered about her words then concluded that Suzuki was worried about Subaru since she was his childhood friend. Suzuki giggled quietly since she knew Yume thought of her as Subaru's childhood friend.
