Their group has to wait until the bread is ready, so they're doing stuff for themselves. Suddenly, the doors of the elevator open and MJ stumbles out. Peter runs towards her, catching her before she falls. Bruce walks behind her, and wants to talk to Peter and MJ first. So that's what they do. Talk.

Turns out they don't have much to talk about. Everything that was discussed in the past days, was discussed because they had to. Everything Bruce has to do now, is explain to both MJ and Peter what happened.

The three sit down in a random office, and Bruce starts to speak.

'I understand that you don't want to make this long, so I won't talk a lot. MJ, I figured out what made you think like that, so I simply removed the things that did.'

Peter looks at Bruce, and when their gazes meet, MJ coughs. 'So, what did you remove? I'm not stupid, I mean, I think I'd know. Just because you two have some, I don't know, way of communicating with your minds or something, doesn't mean I have that.'

(AN: this is going to be really weird and scientifically incorrect in all ways, but bare with me)

'He removed your neurons. Most of them. Everything that brought you weird thoughts, made you have powers, has been removed.'

At first, it looks like MJ almost wants to cry. She never did that, why does she start now?

'Okay, now, I don't feel different than before. Is that what happens afterwards?' a not crying MJ says. 'Because if you'll excuse me, I have a room to decorate with my classmates. Peter, you coming?'

Bruce nods, and Peter runs after MJ, who already has left the room. The two walk together, hands folded into each other, back to the class.

Abe runs to them as soon as they enter, and he gives them things to do. 'MJ, if you.... can decide who'll sit where? I guess you know who is okay with who, you seemed comfortable around the Avengers, so yeah.'

MJ nods at her task, and grabs a pen and blocnote out of her backpack. 'What? I'm prepared!' she says when Peter and Abe look weird at her. Then she quickly walks away to what seems like the elevator.

'Alright. Peter, if you can just put these decorations already on the ceiling and stuff? There's a ladder, Ned just fell off but he's okay. I think you're a bit more athletic.'

The two boys shake hands, like they are in business. Abe runs away to do - whatever he was doing - and Peter walks to the ladder. First he tries to find Ned, but when he sees his friend on a table with more people, making something of origami, he lets him be.

Peter moves the ladder to the closest corner of the room, trying to reach the ceiling. No one is watching, the ladder is unstable, so he uses some webs to stick to the wall.

'Hey, Friday,' he whispers. 'Can you turn on some music? What about.... Hymn For The Weekend by Coldplay, and then just play similar music after?'

'Got it, паук,' Friday says quietly when Coldplay starts playing.

A teammate of Peter, Aiyla, screams. She clearly freaks a lot, even when the lights go out in some classes!

Peter chuckles and continues with putting on the decorations. The garlands go from one side to the other, covering the whole room. When Peter's done, he puts the ladder away and finds a very proud Ned surrounded with dozens of Origami Easter bunnies and eggs.

'Seems like you've had fun!' Peter says cheerfully.

'I have, it's so cool to make these, you know, this is the second best thing you can do when you're bored. The first is building a Lego Death Star,' Ned says while doing the famous Parker/Leeds handshake with Peter.
