Megan and I pull up to this place that looked like a mix between a restaurant and a club. I've never been here before, but I have always heard interesting things about the place.

"What are we doing here?" I ask.

"Well, I thought you could use a fun night out. We can eat some good food, dance, and potentially find some cute guys to buy us drinks!"

"Megan, we can't drink."

"Come on, why not?"

"First off, how are we supposed to get guys to give us drinks, we look 12. Secondly, I just wanted to have a nice dinner and take my mind off of everything."

"Theresa, we look hot, so guys will be willing to give us drinks. Also, you need to learn to have a little fun, okay? We can dance the night away and forget about Charlton."

"Ugh, I guess. We just can't get wasted, okay? We wouldn't have any way to get home!" I say.

"Deal! Come on, let's get our party on!" She seems more excited then I am, but I don't want to bring down her mood so I act excited too. I follow behind her as we walk into this neat looking place. Once we get inside, you can see there is a restaurant to the left, and a club to the right. I wouldn't say it is a full on club because there is no one checking ideas to get into that side, but it still looks like a pretty rad party area. I follow as Megan walks straight to the right to the "club". I'm starving, but I just keep following behind her as she walks deeper into the crowd of people. The music is semi loud, but not unbearable. Megan finally stops at a little table in the corner. I walk around her and place my ass in the uncomfortable seat.

"Are you okay? You don't look like you're enjoying yourself."

"I'm fine, Megan. We just got here, how am I supposed to be jumping for joy already?" I ask.

"Fair point. Look over there," she points to a table accompanied by two men, "they're looking over here at us. We should go talk to them!"

"I'm not walking over there, but you gratefully can."

"Fine. Suit yourself, but I'll bring one back over here for you!" she said as she walked away. I didn't get the chance to deny her offer before she left. I sat there and watched as she walked up to their table. She began laughing, and it really looked like she was having a good time. She pointed over in my direction and one of them turned and locked eyes with me. He was a good looking man with a nice build, well at least what I could see while he was sitting. I waved to him, and he gave me a subtle wave back. I could feel the smile grow on my face as he stood up and walked over to me. My heart began to pound as he got closer and closer to my table.

"Hi there," he said as he reached out his hand.

"Hello," I said back as I shook his hand.

"My names Ethan, and yours is?"

"Nice to meet you, Ethan. My names Theresa."

"It's nice to meet you too. I was just talking to your friend Megan with my brother over there, and she mentioned that you were too shy to come over, so I came over here to accompany you back to our table. If that's okay with you of course."

"Yeah that's okay with me. Megan is a very interesting woman," I said as I got up and began walking with him.

"Yeah she seems interesting for sure. My brother seems to like her very well."

"Well that's good. How old is your brother?" I asked as we reached the table.

"Well, we're both 21," he says as I see his identical twin.
