everyone has their own fatal flaw.
some people know what their flaw is, others are completely oblivious to it. sometimes, people even love their fatal flaw.
her's was danger. she was always living on the edge, loving the nervous energy that made you teeth chatter and your fingers tap in anticipation. she lived for the thrill.
sapphire was beautiful; the kind of beautiful that takes your breath away. she had long raven hair, blue eyes clearer than the carribean ocean, and skin like the soft, pale moonlight.

god, he loved her. it was his fatal flaw.

he loved her soft voice, and the way it'd rasp after her cherry-vanilla cigarettes. her terrible handwriting, and the sound of her sweet voice harmonizing with him. he loved running his hands over her smooth curves, and the feeling of her beneath him. most of all, he loved waking up to her; playing with her hair and staring at the sunrise until she woke up. watching how the pink-orange light played across her face. oh, what he would do to be with her again.

calum remembered when they met; her dress, her smudged makeup. how she took his breath away. dancing with her, watching her laugh in the neon lights. hearings her voice for the first time. feeling the wonderful thrill just being with her.
