I would rather die a meaningful death than to live a meaningless life

ღThe girl was undeniably happy, her lips parted a little and a cute smile was set atop of her lips as she looked at the unexpected boy who was sitting in the stands, proudly clapping his hands.
The boy quickly made his way down from the stands, casually striding over to her with his hands in his pockets.
The girl quickly skated over to him, everything in her wanted to hug him, to hold him because of the burst of happiness that surged through her but unfortunately, she withheld herself. The reason being was because she didn't want to overstep the line, the line that was unclear to her.
The feelings she had for him was something she was scared of shedding to the light. What if what she felt was exactly like the situation with Heeseung?
"Hey..", the boy whispered out to her, placing his grip on her sleeve, gently pulling her closer to him. They both weren't expecting to see each other at the rink that late but both appreciated each other's presence very much.
"Hi..", Ji-eun replied shyly, putting her hair behind her ear as she looked up at the boy. Just by the slight glance at each other's eyes, they knew something was bothering the other.
Ji-eun's lips were now formed into a saddened pout as she observed the boy's expression which he tried so hard to hide from her but failed.
The girl exited the rink, taking off her skates, holding onto Sunghoon's pinky while dragging him along to the bench where she planned on sitting. She so deeply wanted to help him. She wanted to make him feel comfortable around her.
"Sunghoon.." Ji-eun faintly said under her breath, clasping her hand together with his as they quietly sat down next to each other. The silence engulfed both of them as neither of them spoke another word, just listlessly observing each other.
The girl's heart was calmly beating in her chest which heaved up and down in a timely manner. She was in full composure, glazing her eyes over the boy who looked like a broken toy that needed the right parts to be fixed. His eyes were speaking to her, calling out to her for help, so she answered.
"Do you know what the colour purple represents?"
Ji-eun spoke up in a soft, mesmerizing tone, using her free hand to brush Sunghoon's stray strands of hair away from his eyes.
The boy shook his head, his eyes still firmly locked with the girl beside him. Her hold on his hand softened but she held onto him dearly.
"It represents bravery, wisdom and it's something magical, just like you are. It carries trust, hope, love, ambition and everlasting feelings. It's a colour that looks basic on the outside but carry stories of grave meanings behind it. It brings life out of something dull and replaces it with devine energy. Yeah, it may just be a colour, but it's a color of immense emotions."
The girl spoke confidently, intertwining her fingers with Sunghoon's as she further poured her heart into her meaningful sentences.
"I purple you Park Sunghoon."
"I trust, support and love you."
