And another that allows him to create and manipulate water.
The result was high pressure water bullets.
It wasn't what he wanted, but it was already much closer.
As Izuku celebrated, his cell phone began to ring, picking it up Izuku saw that the identifier showed the League of Villains number.
Picking up the cell phone and answering it, Izuku said:

After the silence for a few moments, something Izuku deduced that Kurogiri had gone to ask All For One about the matter, Kurogiri's voice came back.
-Yes, it's very important. (Kurogiri)
-Open a portal in front of my laboratory in 1 hour, I'll get ready and go there. (Izuku)
-OK. (Kurogiri)
After that Izuku went to take a shower, and then put on the costume and prepare weapons.
After that day, Izuku upgraded his weaponry with military-grade technology.
