Then Stefan used his vampire speed to Damon so he wouldn't be able to do anything else to her and vervained him again and he passed out so Stefan picked him up and locked Damon in the cellar and made sure it was locked secure so Damon won't be able to escape and hurt Elena ever again and went back upstairs and saw Elena knocked out on the floor with blood coming out of her nose."Omg! Elena! Elena! Omg...!" Stefan said as he was tapping her and shaking her to try to wake her up and she wasn't. Stefan then immediately called Meredith to come over and check to see if Elena's ok and she came in the matter of 5 minutes. " omg Stefan, what happened?" Meredith said. " she tripped and fell face flat onto the floor and this was the result" Stefan said. " let me check her" Meredith said. " well she's not ok she has a major concussion"Meredith said.
