Ball was thrown so fast it blew the head off of that demon killing her instantly. Another attack prevented thanks to him. But it didn't kill the person got possessed by it what happened was that he used one of rei's cards to exorcise the woman make look like he killed her.
Epilogue:
Moon mars trent & riggs looked at mask.
Mask: my time is too valuable to defeat you fools right now. Fare well
Trent: uh huh
Riggs muttered: kiss ass
Moon: easy Trent kun * kissed his cheek * he's not worth it
