As Time Past By...

It's been 3 months since Chuuya and Dazai had talked. But at the same time they might've forgotten each other just a little.

"Alright class I have some important news!" Chuuya looked right at the teacher for some reason this caught his attention. "Alright listen up! This school is closing down. The district has made their choice that this school can't keep up with paying for everything." There were so many different expressions around the room. Some happy, some sad, some worried because they probably don't know where to go, and last some people who didn't care.

"So what school are we going to have to go to now?" Akutagawa asked while they were walking home after school. "We have that other fancy school, you know the place where you met the white haired kid. What was his name.... Atsushi?" Gin was teasing her brother, Akutagawa ignored his sister but kinda blushed a little thinking about it.

Chuuya just yawned and listened to the whole conversation without saying anything. "I don't know that school was too perfect, there weren't any fights in the hallways." Tachihara was disappointed since this was his favorite school, even if it was all shitty looking.

"What about you Chuuya where are you planning on going?" Higuchi asked and everyone one looked at Chuuya wondering what he would actually do. "I don't know, my parents are gonna have to find some school. Hopefully they don't make me move away." Chuuya said causally.

"Well I hope you stay here! We wouldn't want one of our friends to move now." Higuchi said.

_____________The next week_____________

Chuuya had to start waking up earlier so that way he could take the subway and get to his new school. Yes he was planning to go to the school with Dazai in it but of course Chuuya kinda forgot since it was so early in the morning.

Chuuya put his new school uniform on. Got his backpack ready, ate breakfast, and headed out. His friends didn't take the subway because they had their own families to take them to school or they drove themselves. All of his friends had offered to take him to school too but he just wanted to get to know the subway for a week just in case if there was an emergency he knew where to go.

Since he wasn't used to waking up so early he was hella tired. And then right when he knew it he opened his eyes and the person who drove the subway said this was the last stop and he had to get off. That's right, Chuuya fell asleep, he imminently ran off the subway to check the time. It was currently 9:34 and school started an hour ago.

"FUCK!" He waited at least 15 minutes for the next subway to arrive. This time he made sure he wouldn't fall asleep. He arrived at school at 10:43 running into the school as fast as he could but had to catch a breath real quick. He got his schedule from the front office and a slip. it was currently 3rd period.

As he walked into his class everyone stared at him. He noticed some faces from his old school and some people who he could tell already enrolled into this school. He gave his tardy slip to the teacher. "Late because you fell asleep on the bus?" His teacher read out loud Chuuya already hated this teacher now, and heard some chuckling in the class.

"Uhm- yes sir." Chuuya responded keeping his cool. "Don't be late again! You can go take a seat by Ai-" Then the teacher was interrupted by another student that Chuuya had recognized just by the student's voice "Sir Chuuya can sit by me! We're friends so I can show him what we've learned and catch him up!"

Chuuya looked over to the student who spoke and yes it was the one and only Osamu Dazai. "fuck..." Chuuya whispered to himself. "Fine but there better not be any talking. I'll trust you Dazai with this little trouble maker." That's when Chuuya got pissed but before he could say anything Dazai grabbed his wrist and brought him to his table.

Chuuya was barely paying attention in class. His eyes were looking around the room, seeing all these colorful posters and everything nice and organized. Chuuya was not used to seeing this stuff in class.

Dazai was trying so hard not to look at Chuuya. "Alright now work with your partner. This will be an exit ticket to go to lunch. So if you wanna leave early, finish it!" The teacher ordered. Chuuya immediately turned to the assignment that they had to do.

"Wow you're that desperate to leave class?" Dazai never saw Chuuya like this, well it makes sense since they never went to the same school until now. "Well obviously who wants to stay in fucking class?"

Dazai and Chuuya got done with their assignment right when the lunch bell rang for lunch. Chuuya grabbed his backpack and walked towards the door, when he suddenly felt someone hold him back. And he knew who it was. "Dazai fuck off!" "C'mon Chibi we have to go walk to lunch together!" Dazai pouted like a little child. "Stop calling me that! Also who said we're gonna have lunch together?!" Chuuya said very annoyed. "Don't you wanna sit with me?" "No."

Dazai followed Chuuya to the rooftop of their school which Chuuya saw a couple of groups sitting up there in which one group full of people knew Dazai plus Chuuya heard people call for his name in the same group. He saw Higuchi, Akutagawa, Gin, and Tachihara. Dazai and Chuuya sat down by the people in the group and Chuuya made sure he sat far away from Dazai.

"So you know these people?" Chuuya asked. "Yes, we met them at the football game." Akutagawa replied. Dazai sat closer to Chuuya in which everyone was now staring at them.

"So Dazai, you know this man?" Kunikida asked, very confused. "Mhm. In fact this man loves me!" Everyone was shocked and looked at Chuuya who turned red. "HAA?! DON'T LISTEN TO HIM HE'S LYING!" Chuuya yelled so loud that other people started turning to their group.

"Speaking of which, Dazai, is this the one guy you told us about? You know the one you said who looked cute and-" Kenji got interrupted "AHEM! I think that's enough Kenji!" Dazai said, making sure he doesn't say anything else.

"Oh? So you've been talking about me?!" Chuuya said very curiously. "Kenji's making stuff up." Dazai lied. While the rest of Dazai's friends gave him the look of 'You fucking liar'.

After lunch Dazai and Chuuya found out they had 3 other more periods together. In which means they had 4 periods together in total. Dazai walked Chuuya to the subway again. But this time he went with Chuuya to make sure he wouldn't fall asleep.

Chuuya got safely home and Dazai headed back to the subway to go back home. Things were starting to get interesting.
