Hidden Sand Village

-Sakura Haruno-

I woke up and got out of my bed with a bad mood. I haven't eaten anything since last night due to that unforgettable problem I made. Especially, Sasuke was involved with it.

Naruto, Kakashi-sensei, Sasuke and I recently went back in the Village after the long mission we had. And what's more frustrating to think was that we encountered a group of thieves from the other Hidden villages. Those thieves fought us due to their goal of taking our stuffs, mostly were our moneys and other important materials they could sell.

I tried to fight back with my team but I ended up making trouble and got saved by Sasuke.

I could not get over it. Because Sasuke saved me from those thieves yesterday, those thieves succeeded from taking his headband.

The reason why those thieves took his head band was because of their goal to collect headbands from the different shinobis of the different villages. What was worse was that Sasuke's headband was made out of a fabric that one of his family who died had given to him. That was valuable and something he really treasure as his remembrance from his dead family.

I shall not let others take that away from him. I could not tolerate thinking that Sasuke lost his valuable thing just because of saving someone like me.

That is why, I must find those thieves and their current whereabouts now. We faced them yesterday before sunset. They could not have been that far. I woke up early and rapidly helped my mum on our houseworks. I packed up alot of things in my backpack until it was loaded with weapons and other necessities.

Yosh, channaro!

I will get Sasuke's headband back!

"Sakura? Where are you heading? Your team was tasked with another mission again?" I stopped right in front of our door when Mum asked me. I gulped, I should not lie but my errand is out of mission regards.

I clenched my fist and forced a fine smile at my mother.  "We haven't got any, Mom! I just have to train all day! See you!"

"But wait! Sakura!" Mom called but I did not look back at our house when I rapidly ran away.

I should not tell anyone that I'm leaving the village just to face those thieves once more. If Lady Tsunade got informed by my actions, she will absolutely block me on the way. I have loads of works at her in the first place.

While running on the market place of the Village, I stopped when I saw Sasuke who's coldly walking, he's the usual guy with a business he minds on his own. He hasn't changed at all. I hid beside a building when I saw him approaching. My feelings for him never changed. He's still the Sasuke Uchiha that I admired ever since then.

Despite of being very cold and someone who never minds others, he's the one I admire. I let him walk away from my place in order to not let him see me with my loads.

Just before Sasuke walked away, I noticed a hand tapping my shoulder.

"Nyihihi! Sakura~chan! Where are you goi-hah? A bag?" My shoulders jumped when I saw a stupid face behind me. This Naruto! Why is he here and how come did he manage to pop up behind me?!

I clencehd my fist but didn't punch him. "Naruto! Don't just pop out like that! You startled me!"

He just pouted and shook his head. "Say, say! Sakura-chan. Do you have any mission tasked by Old Lady Tsunade for you?" he asked in a stupid tone. Well---he always sounded very stupid. I looked away and crossed my arms.
