Sorry this one chapter is short. I am having trouble coming up with ideas for where I want this story to go. If you have any suggestions please share them with me.
Val and Zendaya are studying the menu when Val asks, "so what looks good to you?"
"The Eggplant Parmesan looks very good." Zendaya says but then asks him what he is going to get.
Val looks back at the menu and then says,"I am not sure what I want to get because it all looks so good. I think I will get the chicken parmesan." Val says.
They sit and talk about random things until the waitress comes to fill their waters and take their orders.
"Hi my name is Jessica, I will be your waitress this evening. Are you ready to order?"
"Yes we are, I will have the eggplant parmesan and an ice tea." Zendaya says.
The waitress writes down the order and turns to look at Val.
"I will have the chicken Parmesan with the salad and calamari as an appetizer. Also I would like a rum and coke." Val says.
The waitress writes down everything and let's then know that drinks and appetizer will be out soon. Zendaya and Val say thank you as the waitress leaves.
So after she leaves they start talking about what they have coming up in their busy lives.
"So what are we doing after dinner?" Zendaya asks.
"Well I thought that we would go to the beach and watch the sunset and maybe dance some." Val says.
"That sounds perfect." Zendaya says. They reach across the table to hold hands.
Before long their food arrives. They continue to talk while they eat.
