Scenario:
When A share's a idea and B is listening:
A: I think that the idea of Introvert and Extrovert is just the same whack Thing as beeing Heterosexuall or Homosexuall or whatever. It puts people in shelves where they might not think about leaving.

Scenario 1: It doesn't make sense or doesnt match up for B:
B: Aaargh, i dunno m8 something about that doesn't match up for me.
A: What doesn't match up for you?
Scenario 1.1: B doesn't know why
B: I dunno, something I have past experienced or learned somewhere makes me feel that this isn't right.
A: Ahh alright, no worries. Please tell me about it if you can remember it. Anyway, thanks for listening to my theory!
B: No Problem

Scenario 1.2 B has constructive critique and "fights" the Theory
B: Hmm I dunno m8, you know it's kinda different like I felt that I could breach sexuality or find it out by myself in life whereas with beein introvert, it's just how I am and how i feel you know.
Scenario 1.3 A does not feel the answer but is nice and will think about it further down the road of life.
A:Huh, interesting view on it. I'll think about it, thanks.
B: No problem, nice to share thoughts with you.
Scenario 1.4 A adapts the theory or explains it further:
A: Yea and that exactly is why I am sayin it, with sexuality it is more a kindergarden or elementary school kinda joke to blame people for beein gay. In the "adult world" as we might call it, it is on the other hand ok to to put people in shelves or put labels on them because it's a theory of someone famous or something. I dunno m8 that doesn't vibe with me. Why do I have to be introvert or extrovert, why can't I just be me m8 i dunno.
Scenario 1.5 B feels the same way.
B: dayum m8 that actually makes a lot of sense. Thanks for sharing that, I will probably think about it again. :)
A: Nice m8, thank you too for listening. It's always nice :)
Scenario 1.6 B doesn't feel the same way. Goto Scenario 1.1

Scenario 2: It makes sense for B.
B: Dayum m8 I feel the same way!
This leads to them both talkin more about how they view it and learn more from each other or them going into another topic :>Whatever the outcome, someone has probably benefittet. So pls put yourself in Role A and B at several oportunitys. And maybe think about how you can be a better listener or talker yourself.

Obviously, this doesn't cover up everything but a way how to share ideas in my opinion :)
