Not What We Expected.

Please Not Again.

As soon as Yoongi let Jungkook go, he instantly went underwater.

Jungkook was in a complete panic. He thought he was going to die. He didn't remember anything about treading water and forgot to even hold his breath. In his panic he accidentally breathed in while underwater, which was a terrible idea. Now his entire chest was on fire. Where are my hyungs?! They said they wouldn't let me drown! Suddenly he felt a number of hands pulling him back up above the water. He thought he was going to cough up his own lungs. He couldn't stop coughing as he clung back on to Yoongi and the rest of the members helped bring him back towards the yard.

Yoongi was hitting Jungkook's back trying to help him cough up the water. "You're supposed to hold your breath if you go underwater, you're not a fish."

"I'm done!" Jungkook screamed angrily, letting go of Yoongi and turning to get out of the water by himself.

"So much for not letting me drown!" Jungkook yelled at all his hyungs.

"What are you talking about? We didn't let you drown. You were underwater for less than a split second before we all grabbed you!" Jin said defensively.

"I was underwater for at least 30 seconds!"

"It felt that long because you panicked. We pulled you back up the second you went underwater. You're still just not ready, I'm sorry." Yoongi didn't want his youngest to be so upset about it, it was okay to be afraid to learn to swim.

"Oh." Jungkook felt guilty for being mad and yelling at them, he knew their intentions were good. "I'm sorry. Yoongi hyung is right. I guess I'm not ready." There was disappointment in his voice.

"No worries buddy. Do you want to go back to the dock or do you want to get away from the water and do something else?" Yoongi didn't care what they did. Jungkook wanted to go sit back on the dock together, and the other members took turns jumping back into the water from the dock as well.

"Hyung?" Jungkook looked at Yoongi

"Yeah?"

" I don't get it. I don't understand why I can't do it."

"It's no big deal. You just have to be careful. A lot of people can't swim. "

"Is something wrong with me? You guys can all swim just fine."

"Nothing is wrong with you. Nobody ever taught you when you were young and by the time you thought about learning you were already too afraid of water. Just bad luck I guess. Which is why we also give you strict rules about being near water. It's not to be annoying, it's to protect you."

"I know, I know. " He leaned over and rested his head on Yoongi's shoulder. The other members were all getting tired from swimming and decided to call it a day. As Jungkook and Yoongi stood up to get off the dock, Jungkook's foot broke through the last wooden step at the end, causing it to fall in the water. Yoongi had grabbed his arm so he didn't fall in, but it startled both of them.

"Guess it's not as safe as I thought." Jimin came over to make sure they were okay.

The members got out of the water at the perfect time, considering as they reached the back door, storm clouds began rolling in again. "Another storm?" Hobi asked, "How many times can it storm so close together?"

"One Million, hyung, one-mil-lion." Taehyung was just trying to act cute.

The members gathered back inside and everyone went to go change back into warm clothes. Within less than five minutes the storm outside had rolled in full force and was quite intense. Thunder and lightning that wouldn't seem to stop, and torrential downpours. The temperature also dropped a good ten degrees .
