The following video shows Moonseed's escape from the Yokohama Landmark Tower where he has apparently been hiding out since his escape. The videos were taken from the hotel security cameras and the cellphones of Sho Ito, who was blogging at the time, and a Miss Macey Farmer, an American tourist who was staying at the hotel at the time with her friend Amy Carter.

-Video Start-

Video one starts with security camera 240 spotting a disguised Moonseed moving down the hotel stairs until he reaches the 69th floor. Once there, he enters the elevator and exits onto the bottom floor. At the same time, security camera 07 shows pro heroes Saiko Intelli and Kaoruko Awata - hero names IQ and Bubble Girl, respectively. The two heroes had been holding a seminar about hero duty at the tower at the time Moonseed was spotted. The two heroes converse and mingle with the crowd in the main lobby for 3 minutes. During this time, Moonseed exits the elevator and sees the two heroes. The villain pulls his hat lower on his head and attempts to make it to the main doors.

He makes it about halfway before a slightly intoxicated Farmer stumbles into him and attempts to have him take photos with her and her friend. Moonseed seems to resist at first, but Farmer seems to stumble, causing both of them to fall. This attracts the attention of IQ, who goes over to see if everyone is alright. Once on her feet again, Farmer - who is at this point hanging off of Moonseed - asks IQ to take a photo with them. IQ agrees and moves to the other side of Moonseed, who is at this point trying to get Farmer Off of him. A picture is taken by Farmer's friend Amy Carter, who requested to be in the next photo. A total of 6 more photos are taken until IQ is taking a picture of Farmer, Moonseed, and Carter. Before this picture can be taken, Farmer takes off Moonseed's hat and puts it on her head, which reveals his iconic orb-shaped hair.

Both Moonseed and IQ go still for a moment before IQ reaches for her communicator. Moonseed retaliates by spin-kicking the hero in the head, sending her stumbling to the ground. Bubble Girl notices and goes running over to help, but Moonseed draws a pistol and fires into the ground, causing civilians to panic and run around the lobby. Moonseed then grabs Farmer and takes her hostage, placing the gun to her stomach for a moment before throwing her onto IQ. During this chaos, Farmer grabs her phone from the ground and starts recording. Moonseed runs for the door, stepping over the recovering IQ and stealing Carter's purse as he does so.

The video changes to Camera 03 as Moonseed exits from the front door and heads for the closest motorcycle. Once he reaches the vehicle, he points his gun at the driver, forcing them off before he gets on it and drives off. Bubble Girl, who had just reached IQ, calls for hero assistance and gives a description as IQ runs to her motorcycle and gives chase to the villain.

The video changes to the footage recovered from Marcy Farmer's phone. The camera shakes for several seconds before the woman calms her nerves and turns to her friend and Bubble Girl, who was still calling for hero assistance.

"Well, that was crazy, right?" Farmer asks Amy.

"He stole my purse," is Amy's only reply as she glares at the door where Moonseed escaped.

The sound of an approaching engine can be heard outside. The footage blurs as Bubble Girl tackles Farmer out of the way, but the camera is able to catch the front of Moonseed's stolen motorcycle as he rides back into the hotel chased by a yellow spiral of energy.
