OHSHC: Episode 15

Konoka's POV

It's been three days since summer vacation started. Haruhi and I are in Karuizawa, volunteering for Misuzu at his bed and breakfast. He is a cross dressing friend of our dad's. Who is watching over us while our dad works. Everyone in the host club aside from Tamaki invited us to go on vacation with them. I was tempted, but I'd never leave Haruhi alone. This gives us a chance to reconnect without the others getting in the way.

Right now I am singing on stage while Haruhi is outside hanging out the laundry. Who knew volunteering here would be such a great way to relax and reconnect with my sister? It's so tranquil, fresh air and a great quiet place for us to catch up on our studies. It should be a great summer vacation.

"What time is it?" I ask while singing and dancing on the stage.

"Summer time!" the crowd cheers.

"School's out! Scream and shout!" I sing. "No more waking up at 6:00am. Cause now our time is all our own" I sing and stop when we here a helicopter. The crowd looks confused. Why would there be a helicopter here? Unless, no it can't be them. Why would they be here?

"Konoka, come with me" Misuzu says.

"Sorry folks, I'll be back asap" I tell the crowd. I go outside with Misuzu. To see the host club in a helicopter. Great, there goes our peace and quiet. We all go inside.

"Oh my~! What dashing young men you are! These hunks must belong to Haruhi and Konoka" Misuzu gushes over the host club. "Why don't you call me Misuzu Chi" he tells them.

"He's an old friend of Ranka's. They used to work together at the same shop years ago" Kyoya tells the others.

"Well naturally you would know" Tamaki says.

"Kill me now" Haruhi mutters to me.

"I went into business for myself two years ago, and believe you me. Running this adorable little pension is like living a fairy tale" Misuzu tells them.

"So then, is Haru-Chan and Kono-chan like your indentured servants?" Honey Senpai asks him. I laugh quietly.

"They more like an unpaid employees. This also happens to be Ranka's preferred method for keeping track of his daughters while he's busy working" Kyoya states. While pushing up his glasses.

"How do you know all of that?" Tamaki asks.

"Take my little girls under your wing' he says. He practically begged me. And sense I still can't afford the expensive hired help or performers, it works out for everyone!" Misuzu states. "Haruhi a model employee, really. And the customers absolutely love hearing Konoka sing. It's such a shame I can't pay them anything" Misuzu says.

"We're happy to help Misuzu" I tell him.

"Oh! Tell me what you boys think of this cute little apron Haruhi's wearing. I made it myself" Misuzu says. Turning Haruhi to face the guys. While Kyoya writes in his note book.

"You are quiet the seamstress" Tamaki tells him. While he and the twins give him the thumbs up.

"A job huh" Kaoru says as he enjoys a cup of tea. "You turned their our trip to Bali for this?" he asks us.

"We even asked them to go with us to Switzerland, didn't we?" Honey asks Mori.

"We did" Mori confirms.

"Yeah, well we don't have passports" Haruhi reminds them.

"Which is precisely why I recommended one of our domestic resorts, and at a discount no less" Kyoya states looking at me.
