The Mistake that made them

The next day.

Jody woke up first, still holding on to him both of them still in that position that they fell asleep, hand in hand and Jody's head practically in the crook of his neck, Tylers cuts still not dried in the slightest, she went too move her hand from his but instead she squeezed it tighter and cuddled him even more.
she lifted her head to see the cuts around his face and her face dropped as they just looked even worse " i'm sorry this happened too you." she whispered to herself before laying back beside him.She had to wake him up, he had to get to hospital,"Tyler...Ty"she whispered into his ear, his face turned to her and he smiled "morning" he said quietly "morning Ty" he lent in to kiss her but Jody stopped him "you cant Tyler your gonna hit them cuts i don't want them any worse thats why you going to the hospital," jody kissed him instead making sure she didn't touch them "there you go" Jody whispered laying back onto his shoulder,
"thank-you but i can kiss you they don't hurt me"he whispered back "Ty them cuts are wide open nothing can touch them there going to get badly infected okay that includes your fingers to don't be touching, the only thing thats gonna touch that face is; warm flannels, antiseptic, and anything that the doctors recommend okay"jody demanded.
"okay okay i get i-"
"now who did this you promised to tell me" she buts in.
"Jody i can't tell you."he whispers turning away.
Jody grabs his face from underneath and harshly turns it to face back at her.
"TELL ME" she shouts.
"Make me." Tyler exclaimed,
Jody got up and sat above him lid across him avoiding him from getting up,
"Not moving until you tell me" Jody exclaimed,
"Jody Jackson your literally my girlfriend laying on top of me isn't gonna annoy me you can literally do that whenever you wanted too with literally no complaints" he laughed.
"tell me of i will break up with you." she said seriously.
"gosh.. i- listen it was Kingsley but don't worry he got as bad as he gave its fine, no need to be so Intimidating." he says casually.
"k- Kingsley" she said getting off him but he held her there and started to hug her "Jody, its okay." she started to cry she thought it was her fault...
"Im sorry,i'm really sorry" she said holding her hands on his shoulder's shaking and crying,
"I promise that it is not your fault" he said quietly avoiding her from getting anymore worked up. "b- but thats my brother" she cried.
"Your brother and you are quite literally two completely different people."Tyler explained,
"but-"
"Jody you have to believe me when i tell you its not your fault."she lifted herself up from him,
"are you gonna fall out of love with me? because i mean i totally get it."she asked
"Now ur just being silly it was him not you, me and you are forever, Jody we almost had our own family and we will have our own family i promise, i'm never gonna fall out of love with you, don't be a idiot" he exclaimed holding onto her hand's "she examines his cuts while he spoke then remembered...the hospital. "Tyler"
"yeah?"
"hospital."
"come one then lets go get ready jody" he replied rolling his eyes.

They went to get ready, and went into the car.
"are you sure u can drive" Jody asked.
"stop worrying, I've got eyes and arms"he laughed,
"stop trying to be funny" she said seriously.
"I just am funny"he said laughing again
this time jody laughed too while trying to keep her straight face.
after a short while they made it to the hospital.
"nooo it's raining my hairs gonna get all horrible and disgusting." Jody exclaimed getting mad.
"good job your fantastic and super amazing boyfriend decided to keep a spar coat on the back seats" he smiles picking the coat up.
"so amazing... but your too tall thats never gonna fit me."
"will Jody Jackson just put the coat on and not complain?" Tyler asks sarcastically,
"she sure will." she laughed putting the coat on and making sure the hood was up.
"come on lets go" Tyler opened the car door.

They went into the hospital, and walked up to the reception desk
"id like to get my boyfriends face checked over please" Jody asked the receptionist.
"yeah of course name?"
"his name is Tyler lewis"
"age?"
"he is almost 19"
"do you know why he has these cuts?"
"i- erm he-" jody stumbled on words
"erm yeah i was in a fight" Tyler exclaimed holding onto Jody's hand as her anxiety kicked in,
"yeah is a 1hr wait i hope that's okay sorry were very busy today" the receptionist explained,
"yeah thats fine thank-you"Tyler replied and they started to walk to the waiting room.
"Jody your okay calm down"
"yeah its just i haven't been her since the misc-
you know."Jody squeezed his hand 10x harder
"omg jody " Tyler pulled her into a hug "i completely didn't realise how nervous you would be I'm so sorry i would of came on my own." he replied swishing his hand up and down her back calming her down,
"no its okay i wanted to stay with you especially after yesterday."
"Jody you cant be with me all the time we both go back to work soon."
"i know but i can be with you now,"
"you can, of course you can ." Tyler held her tightly.
