The Mistake that made them

Going home.

"Jody, wake up.. we can go home today?" he spoke softly,
"5 more minutes" she responded snuggling up to the blanket,
"no..no take as-long as you need" he whispered,
"Nope getting up your being sweet" she sighs sitting up still in the clothes tyler had given him her,
"just gonna go talk to your doctor okay so ill be back give you some time to wake yourself up" he smiled walking out,
"hi your Jody's doctor right?" he asked
"Yeah i am she can leave today but i do need to talk to you before we let her leave.." she responded
"o- oh okay can we talk now or?" he replied
"yeah take a seat." she smiled
"is she okay?" he asked nervously
"oh yeah shes okay, but were gonna give her some medicine to take every night to keep her from feeling too much pain, shes on a-lot of high vacancy drugs so she wont feel it right now but, she might experience nightmares and she might pass out from time to time from the drug we had to use to calm her only for about 1-2 weeks its just she was so irritable we had to use some quite strong substance's, will you be able to make sure she takes that medicine and has lots of rest too?" the doctor asked,
"yeah of course i will ill look after her.. when is she allowed to leave?" tyler asked
"anytime now just pick up the medication from front desk the side affects will be in the box."
she smiled.
"thank-you for your help." Tyler smiled leaving the room,

he walked back into Jody's room,
"good news your aloud to leave but bad news is your still gonna need medicine and you might pass out a-lot and have nightmares."
he frowned,
"i'm gonna be okay though aren't I Tyler" she asked nervously,
"you just need to keep resting and taking medicine." he smiled slightly,
"Tyler can we go home.." she asks walking over to him,
"Of course we can have you got everything you need?" he asked
she turned around picking up the bag and the flower's,
"Yep come on." she smiled grabbing onto his hand as they walked out,
"hi can i have Jody Jackson's medication" he asked front desk,
"yeah whats her birthdate..its just to make sure y-" he interrupted he just wanted to leave
"12/09/02" he smiled and she passed the bag,
"thank you." and they left.

"come on lets get you home" he said his arm around her shoulder walking to the car,
"can we go see everyone at tdg." she asked
"i'm sorry, the doctors said you need rest i have to listen," he frowned
"but i'm okay i feel fine." she frowned back
"yeah you might not feel very good once the Epidural Analgesia wears off" he rubbed her back as they got closer to the car.
"in a couple weeks can we?" she asked
"i promise as soon as your better." he smiled and helped her into the car.
he placed a kiss on her head and got into the driver seat,
"i cant believe a stupid prick punches me in the belly now i'm gonna be in pain all the time baby is due next week? what if i have to have double pain!" she started to panic
"he disturbed the baby when he punched you so its gonna be a couple weeks yet." he frowned
Tyler started to drive,
"they didn't tell me anything they just kept injecting me all they said is that me and the baby are okay thats all i know." she started to get agitated,
"don't work yourself up its okay thats all you need to know." he responded focusing on the road.
she sighed placing her head against the window,
"Hey, don't sigh at me you know id fix everything if i could." he responded,
"yeah i know, sorry." she replied lifting her head from the glass,
he turned and quickly kissed her on the cheek,
"almost home now." he said softy
she smiled.

"Were home!" he smiled
"i cant wait to lie in our bed." she smiled
"you and me both, i've been sleeping in a wood chair for days." he laughed
she laughed too and they walked inside,
"i cant wait to tell everyone that we are engaged." Jody smiled,
"i can, Candi Rose is gonna break our ear drums." he laughed,
"thats true, Sasha comes home from uni tomorrow i'm not even sure she knows I'm pregnant again." Jody smiled
"Yeah well she will soon realise when she looks at that beach ball ready to pop." he giggled,
"ugh i cant wait to get my body back." she giggled back,
"i don't know, i like holding the bump when I'm sleeping, but it causes you excruciating pain sometimes and i cant wait to see our baby so yeah i agree, any way i think we should run you a hot bath get you a change of clothes take your medicine and get some rest." he kissed her on the head,
"but i cant be bothered" she frowned,
"Tuff." he smiled,
"fine." she frowned again
"don't be like that i'm just looking after you," he frowned back holding onto her waist.
"i know, ill make my own bath don't worry." she smiled and pecked him on the lips,
"i will your okay sit down you need to rest Jody" Tyler insisted and she sat on the sofa,

"you bath's ready" he smiled,
she stood up and walked up to him kissing on the lips,
"w- what was that for" he asked
"didn't think i needed a reason." she smiled slightly and left to the bathroom,

After she had a bath Tyler had got her something comfy out,
"yep that drug had definitely worn off" Jody felt pain again,
"you can take this medicine and get it bed then yeah?" he smiled,
"do i get cuddles?" she smiled,
"i suppose i could arrange that for you." he smirked,
"Then fine you got a deal." she laughed kissing him on the head,
"your so loving lately it is so good" he giggled,
she giggled too,
"i don't even know why" Jody laughed

Jody took her medicine and got into bed,
Tyler lid besides her but above the duvet,
"hows the pain?" Tyler asked.
"its okay" she smiled turning to him and cuddling up to him his arms swung around her back,
"Once your asleep I'm gonna place you back onto your pillow and make some dinner for us okay," he smiled,
"Thank-you," she whispered kissing him on the lips and placing her head back to his chest dropping asleep calmly,
