Day 7 - Mermaid: "Don't complain to me. you're the one who tempted me, i just did as my instincts said." 

You were laying on the make shift bed when you heard the splash "Im back!" You didn't turn to the hole where the air filled underwater cavern connected to the ocean "Dont be like that fish stick, come on wheres that smile I love so much?" "Gone, just like my freedom." You could hear the pout in his voice "Come on, its not so bad." You sat up turning to him with fire in your eyes "Not so bad! I cant do anything for myself anymore! I cant leave the cave because I cant hold my breath long enough to make it threw that tube, which I know you planned out!" 

He went to speak but you caught him off standing up suddenly "You bring me food, drinkable water, wet clothes, and all kinda stupid trash I dont want!" You punctuated your point by kicking one of the random objects pilled all over the place into the hole with him "I dont know what day it is- Hell I dont even know if its day time right now because all I have for light is that stupid lantern! Not so bad! I feel so trapped sometimes its hard to breath, like, like the walls are closing in on me!" You were breathing hard as you plopped yourself down curling into a ball.

"I dont know why your complaining to me. You're the one who tempted me, I just did as my instincts instructed." You looked up at him tears streaming down your face and for the first time Mic felt guilt. "Im sorry I haven't been a good mate." You felt a ping of hope as he gave you a 'im sorry' smile but it was all washed away at his next words "I'll make sure to become a better mate before we have pups!"
