⤜⚘⤛The sound of a heavy door shutting closed didn't wake you up. It wasn't something you should worry about at first, however, you did jolt awake when you heard a voice in front of you.
"Aurora?"
Never had you thought you'd be so relieved to see the blond-haired Yeosang standing awkwardly before you. He looked at you with wide eyes, his mouth slightly open like he didn't know what to do with himself now that you were out of the restraints in the basement.
You breathed his name and stood up, only to be brought back down into the cushion by a cold tug on your wrist. You looked to see you were still connected by cuffs and chain that was attached to San, who, from the red cushion mark on his cheek and the distant look on his eyes, you assumed he just woke up too. Yeosang just noticed the handcuff attached to you.
"This was his Plan B?" Yeosang asked and San nodded, causing the first one to scoff. "Jeez, is he trying to humiliate her?" He reached out to the handcuff on your wrist and slid his finger underneath the metal, his cool touch lingering on your skin. "How long have you had her?"
"A couple hours." What? It didn't feel that long. Had you really slept that long?
The next second his touch left and moved to San to remove one cuff from his wrist. Yeosang snapped it open and popped it back onto his own wrist. "I'll take her now. Go sleep or torture Mingi. Whatever comes first."
San chuckled and stood up, giving you a wink before he left the living room. "Torture Mingi?" You asked. "Did he do something?"
"Huh? No, I didn't mean actually torture him. San likes to annoy him, vice versa." Yeosang took San's place and sat next to you, looking over your figure. If he had to guess, the men's clothing you were wearing belonged to either Hongjoong or San, since Seonghwa had been given a restraining order on you. "Yunho told me what happened. Um... Seonghwa isn't an idiot. He knew that he'd been punished for that decision but he did it anyway. He saw it coming, so don't worry too much about it."
You nodded, but the words flew in one ear and out the other. You still felt responsible for what happened. You should have just waltzed right back into the basement the moment you stepped outside. "I know."
You looked over Yeosang's figure. He gray t-shirt had wet raindrop marks all over it and his hair was damp and pushed away from him face. It looked like wherever he was, it was raining. You remembered the storm outside and how Hongjoong hesitated to leave the house.
"I see you've met San. What do you think about him?" He asked curiously, propping an elbow on the back cushion. You thought back to his threats, the way his eyes changed when he talked about killing you. He seemed very protective about his friends, brothers, whatever they are to each other. You felt more like an intruder than a hostage.
Yeosang took your silence as an answer. "He gets that a lot." You blinked and looked at him, unsure what he meant. "You met Wooyoung too, right?"
"He tried to kill me." You muttered.
"Figured. Your neck is wrapped up and it has Wooyoung written all over it. What did you do to make him so pissed?"
You shrugged, "I might've tricked him into letting me go. Didn't work, though."
"Obviously," He smiled, but a serious expression crossed his features. "Was that it? He didn't touch you or anything else, right?" You shook your head. That was good- Yeosang didn't think he would, but he had to make sure. Having you around was crossing into new territory- anyone could do something out of character. "And San? What about him?"
