Marinette/ Ladybug's P.O.V

       "I think that I'm going to die today." Marinette was not very optimistic in the mornings.
      "Oh, now you sound just as dramatic as Chat." Tikki, Marinette's kwami, crossed her stubbs.
      "That Chat will be the death of me." She thought about last night.
      "You need to apologize to him.. I get why you reacted the way you did, but you have to understand that all boys are not like --" Tikki was interrupted by a buzz from Mari's phone.
      "Oh shit, I forgot to text Luka last night." Marinette looked horrified.
      "He's your boyfriend, he should understand." Tikki tried to calm her down.
      "Luka cannot know about last night. How am I gonna talk my way out of this one?" That was when a knock sounded at her trapdoor.
      "Marinette? Are you awake? Luka is waiting downstairs." Sabine, Mari's mother, called from the other side of the door.
      "Fuck." Marinette rushed to get dressed.
      "What was that honey?" Sabine asked.
      "Nothing, Mom!" Marinette put her hair into a braid instead of the signature pigtails.
      The clumsy girl finished getting ready and stumbled downstairs. Luka was standing by the door talking to her father, Tom.
      "Hey Luka." Marinette greeted him.
      "Hey Marinette. You ready to go?" He looked down at her.
      After some quick goodbyes, the couple rode off on Luka's bike.
      "You didn't text me last night." Luka lowered his voice.
      "I'm sorry, I was busy and forgot and--" Marinette was cut off.
      "Too busy for me, huh? I don't ask very much of you in this relationship. All I ask is that you text me back so that I know you are safe. And what did you do?"
      "I'm so sorry Luka, I got caught up in a design and I--" Her gaze was glued to the ground beneath her.
      "That's not what I asked, was it. What did you do, Marinette?" Luka stopped the bike.
      "I didn't text you back.." The answer came out as a squeak.
      "Meet me after you get done with school, the usual place. Don't forget." He growled the last part as he left the blunette on the sidewalk.
      "I guess I'll have to walk the remaining five blocks to school." Marinette grumbled.
      "You better hurry Marinette, you have four minutes before school starts." Tikki reminded.
      "That's it, I'm dead.." and that's how Marinette ended up stumbling into Miss Bustier's classroom right as her name was called on the role.
