"So you guys went here because you miss me?" I stared at each of them as if not convinced with what they just told me.

"Yeah.."

"Uhuh..."

"Totally!" I squinted my eyes a bit as I study my friends' faces before releasing a soft sigh. I leaned my back on the couch and only then did I feel my aching body.

"Ugh.." Roseanne scooted close to me and placed my legs against her lap so she can massage it. I'm really thankful because I didn't need to voice my thoughts out to her, she just knows it right away.

"So, Lisa!" Seulgi on the other hand started and by the way she looks excited and giddy, specially with her scooting close to my seat too, her palms rubbing against each other, I already know what she's going to be asking. "What's the name of the girl earlier?"

Bingo. I sighed and sat up right with my legs still over Roseanne's, getting ready to list out the reasons why she should not like Irene Bae. Not because Irene is not likeable, I just don't want her for Seulgi!

or for anyone at this point.. except me?

"Idiot. Do you not remember her? She's Joohyun! You know, the girl who is a few years older than us and we keep playing with back when we're young." My brows furrowed at what Jisoo just told Seulgi. I became more interested with the talk since Seulgi seems to remember it too yet I can't!

"Ahh!! The Joohyun who I had a huge crush back then even though she's really cold?"

"And scary!" Jisoo nodded her head repeatedly, grinning from ear to ear.

"Now I remember her indeed! I liked her a lot back then but she likes Lisa instead, since out of all of us, she only gives Lisa the biggest candy she has and sometimes Lisa gets extra sweets from her. But Lisa on the other hand likes Jennie and Jennie likes her in return." My monolid friend stated, her fingers rubbing her chin. "But now, Jennie ends up with Kai and Lisa is here with Joohyun so.."

Before Seulgi can even continue her words, Roseanne has kicked her shin already and Jisoo has landed a smack against her arm.

"Hahaha.. What this idiot mean is that.. well.. uhmm.."

Roseanne finally stopped massaging my legs, placing it down and off her lap before she stood up with her hands against her hips. "Stop with all these talks now. Seulgi, Jisoo, come help me prepare foods instead. Let Lisa rest, it seems like she had a really long day after working in the farm field."

Jisoo and Seulgi quickly followed Roseanne, probably scared since she sounded really strict for a moment there. I watched them go towards the kitchen before I moved my attention to my phone, releasing a small sigh. I'm already healing but hearing from other people that Jennie and I like each other before yet in the end, it wasn't us who ended up together still stings. But I can't get stuck in the past, not when I am the only one who is stuck while she is already moving forward.

My phone suddenly dinged just when I was about to place it back on the couch. It was a text from Krystal.

Krystal: someone's got some visitors~
Lisa: yup. more city girls in your area!
Krystal: you think that's funny?
Lisa: no but I know you did from the way you giggled just then.
Krystal: ...
Krystal: you can see me??????
Krystal: ...
Krystal: wait. UGHHH DAMN YOU!

I laughed at the realization that I had just pranked Krystal without even trying to do so. I can already picture her face, nose crinkled with her brows connected right at this moment.

Just when I was about to type a reply to her, Roseanne came into view.

"Lisa, we don't have anything to cook. Don't you have foods in here?"
