“And that's how I built this empire.. it sure was tough, but with right motivation. I did this.” Vanya smiled and Priya grinned at her.
“I am still so awe of you. You are so strong. I love the way you work.” Priya said.
“Ayo, nothing sort. With time, everything changes.” Vanya said as she saw Priya looking at her hands still having a little smile.
“I so wish I made my own career too.” Her voice came out as a whisper.
“Well you should then. It is never too late.” Vanya said sipping her orange drink.
Priya just chuckled and shook her head. “I have kids and Abhay at home. ”
“Do Abhay think the same too? No right? Come on. If you want to do this so badly, I think you should give it a try! You said you love managing school but you rarely go there. You can go for it right? ” Vanya said and Priya sighed.
“Its complicated Vanya. My marrige... Abhay didn't wanted me to work.” Priya finally said and slumped her shoulders as her head started aching with all these thoughts.
Lately all she can think is about her career.
“Priya. Eight years back. Have you asked him now?”
“I still don't think it's a good idea Vanu. How will kids manage-”
“Come on! You will be at school, you can return with them if you want. What will you do sitting in home though? You have workers for everything. ”
“Vanu...”
“Priyaaaaa”
“I... I don't know... Fine! Will ask Abhay.” Priya said rubbing her forehead.
“ That's crazy.” Vanya said smiling broadly.
Priya just sat there thinking. “If you don't try atleast once, dont you think you will regret your whole life?” Priya nodded at her words.
“I love you! Thank you so much” Priya said and Vanya just shook her head.
Over months with similar tastes all over they grew into bonding. Priya like Vanya for how calm and composed she is. She like her for being ambitious.
With only one thought of talking this to her husband she left the Rajput home and left to her own.
Vanya watched as she left and sighed.
She felt bad for all those women who can't work and live their life like they want. Always after family, looking after them, considerate of their needs.
She never thought Abhay Rathod was that much controlling until she saw how sometimes Priya tenses when she do something he don't like.
But then again it's not like he don't love her, and she knows there are so many times when Abhay is also afraid of his wife. Priya is the controller of whole family. But sometimes, you should really dive deep into your partner's brain and if you are not capable of doing that, you should atleast make them comfortable to talk what is in their mind.
She always expects this from her partner and with the time she spent away from Surya she got so used to taking decisions all alone now it's hard asking for his opinion at times, since they both are different from each other sometimes their opinion and belief differences make them stare each other coldly and with in few seconds as if understanding that this time the other is right, one of them will back off and the other will take the lead.
They are like now two Alphas leading a combined pack.
After the conversation of that night they never spoke of the past again but Surya understood one thing that his wife went through everything one is afraid of.
Adwait hadn't became normal. It kind of started really showing since he is very jumpy nowadays. Dhruv and Surya wanted to confront but Vanya stopped them. Wanting to see where this is taking all of them.
If Adwait actually is the culprit for their misfortune, which they don't want to belive! Then he will lead them to the dark man of the foul play.
It is hard to wait, it is hard to act like you don't see things when you actually do. But to have greater impact, always have patience. The more evidence you have the more strong your fight will be, the more confident your fight will be. The more favorable it will be for you to win.
Vanya slightly glanced at the watch. She stopped spending time much in office only going to it when she actually have to.
Since sometime, she is feeling quiet unwell. The stress of what is going to happen next is not letting her live.
Surya. It's hard to show that she love him again. No matter how much she want to put herself into him. To be normal and comfortable again, to break out of her shell and show her love openly.
She is afraid if she will show her love again, he will leave. Her anxiety and trauma of being left alone is not really doing any good. She is feeling like once this is done, they will part away. Again! And letting her heart rule over her decisions is not wise, she thought.
She love Surya. But she doesn't want Surya to know that she can't take it if they part again. She don't want to be weak again. For him. But what she doesn't get is. Isn't she already? Why is it so hard to accept something you have in your heart.

She got up with a small smile before going to the kitchen to bake something for her kids...

As she involved herself in baking she didn't realise the time and it was already five.
The helpers are telling her something about how they used to be before Surya employed them when the door bell rang.
One of the maids left to open the door and Vanya saw Dhruv with Surya entering with Sanya and Vansh at front.
They both are awfully quiet. And that's something strange.
“Hey.” Vanya greeted them as she got to them after washing her hands.
Dhruv greeted her back while the maids served them with water.
Surya just gave her a small smile. The kids are now more silent than ever.
“Did something happened?” she asked.
“Adwait tried to kidnap them.”

The first and foremost thing I want to say is that this book is going to end in some way that you all won't expect. I know I said many chapters are left still. Yes they are but I will try to put many things in single chapter. Don't worry not cutting anything out.
