Its been a week since Sky was hurt and a week since I felt safe. After those two men got sent to prison I thought it was the end of it... But after Sky, I know it's just the beginning...

That was awhile ago and now today is October 25. I am off to school and then I am going to Brittany's barn to show her how Onyx and Gunner are doing. Jacob has to work the rest of the rescue horses, So I get out of doing that!
Our bus broke down so we have to find a different ride to school. Zœ and Zara are meeting me at the corner by Zœ's house on our bikes. Zara is supposed to meet me here. A few minutes later, Zara pulled up.
"Sorry I'm late, Char was hogging the shower, AGAIN!!"
"It's fine I went out and worked Dawn this morning anyway"
"How was she?"
"She is doing AMAZING!!"
"That's awesome!" she squealed.
We biked over to where we were meeting Zo when I got a text.
Zo: I am going to b a few min late pls wait for me!!!
AS: Fine we will wait. U O me!!
ZO: meanie
A few minutes later, Zo was out on her bike and we were heading to school. Today we in order of classes I have:
Religion
PE
Social Studies
Spanish
Lunch
Math
Science
Study Hall
My favorite class is PE, our PE teacher is awesome. He is really funny and makes what ever game we play fun. Spanish on the other hand is the worst class ever! Our teacher Senorita Abigail is really weird. She doesn't explain anything and then gives us quizzes on what she didn't teach. Not to brag, but I have straight A's in all my classes besides Spanish.
"See you later I am off to Religion!" I called cheerily to Zoe and Zara.
"See you in Spanish!" Zo and Zara called.
Now off to religion.

My class and I packed up as quickly as possible, and ran to our lockers. After writing down what I had for homework on my whiteboard, I went outside and met Zo and Zara by the bikes. We unlocked them and pedaled as fast as possible towards our houses.
"Hey Zo, I forgot to ask you earlier, how is Joi doing?"
"She is doing good but I can't jump her as high...''
"Yeah that makes sense, you don't want to hurt the baby!"
"Yeah, but its only been two months!!!"
"Only 9 more to go!'
*Growls/ groans
I glanced down at my phone and the time. 3:30!!
"I have a lesson in an hour!"
"Then lets petal faster!" Zara called.
We passed Zoe's house and she had homework so she left, and Zara and I continued on our way. A few minutes later, we pulled into my driveway. Zara had to work Jet so she was staying for a little while.
"Hey Zara?"
"Yes?"
"Would you mind checking on Sky when I'm gone please?"
"Sure!"
"Thanks!"
I scrambled inside and quickly changed into a turquoise polo and black jodhpurs. I am so excited for showing Brittany how well Gunner and Onyx were doing. Onyx was finally getting over her fear of everything and becoming a great cross-country horse. Gunner was becoming an amazing dressage horse and flying over 4'0 jumps like they were nothing. However, he wasn't as good a cross-country horse as Onyx. Both of them were equal in skills just in different places.
I ran out and said "hi" to all the horses as I passed them. When I got to Dawn and Star's stalls, I relized that I was really lucky. I had four horses of my own (I know crazy right?!) and two amazing horses I got to train, and get paid for! So far I have made $800 by training them for two months! I gave $400 of it to the rescues food tack and other care supplies, and now I am saving the rest for a horsie shopping spree.
I packed all the tack this morning, so all I had to do was put the horses in the trailer and travel to Brittany's barn. Gunner was really easy to load and just walked right in, then there was Onyx. She had gotten better about trailering, but she still didn't like it. After a brief struggle I got Onyx in the trailer and we were off.
Twenty minutes later, we pulled up in front of Brittaney's barn. I had almost forgotten how big it was. It was so fancy, grand, and just plain amazing. Then Brittaney waved at me and started walking over. Well here goes nothing....
