The day of the date has come! After 2 long weeks of agonizing wait, finally, the blond got his wish ... He's going on a first date with the girl he loves. Standing in front of the door, he gently lifted his hand and knocked.
"Use the door-bell, idiot!" a bored voice was heard and he was sure it wasn't Mia.
"Hi, Annie! 'Think you can open the door for me?" he shouted back and less than a minute later, the lock clicked and the door opened, revealing a bored looking girl.
"Seriously? There's a bell." she said sarcastically.
"But it'd be more classy if I knock, wouldn't it?" but he successfully countered it.
"Hey, Usui! First date?" another head poked through the kitchen door. It was no other than Jack. For the last 2 weeks, they have became more like friends though the dark aura never disappeared completely when Usui sees Mia with him. "So ... How did you ask her?" the brunet asked excitedly.
"It was a bet and ..."
"You lost me." and he disappeared back into the kitchen.
"Annie, I heard a voice. Is it ...?" Mia asked, walking down the stairs but stopped when she got her answer "Oh, it is you!"
"Yeah, it's me." the blond said breathlessly as he stared at his date, a smile spread across his lips. She wasn't wearing anything too special, just black leggings, a short yellow dress, a caramel overcoat and brown leather boots. Her brown hair was let down, a few strands drape over her shoulders in the daintiest manner. All of that combined was enough to leave the boy staring in delight.
"Is it too much?" Mia asked as she reached the bottom of the stairs.
"No! You look great!" he said, offering his arm to her "Shall we go?"
"We shall!" she smiled, taking his arm "Have fun playing video games, both of you!" but of course, before leaving, she had to tease her friends one last time.
"We're baking a cake!" they yelled back in unison from the kitchen.
"On Cooking Mama so it doesn't count." and the couple disappeared out of the house.
~~~~Tiny time skip~~~~
They walked side-by-side through the rain of Autumn leaves, chatting nonchalantly. The golden light shone through the golden leaves creating an illuminous scene. Mia would occasionally kick up some leaves fallen under their feet as her own celebration for her favorite season.
"It's been such a long time since I looked at my surrounding this closely. It's beautiful! How can I ever have missed this?" too focused on the scenery, she didn't notice the boy beside her has fallen behind. Confused, Mia turned around and was meet by a pair of marble glass orbs staring dreamily at her "Is something wrong?" she asked.
"You're beautiful as Autumn itself." he mumbled quietly to himself.
"Huh?" she asked for she didn't hear what he said.
"Let's go! We'll be late!" but he changed the subject right away and dragged her along by the collar.
"Hey! Let go!" Mia slapped his hand away and continued walking on her own.
Their first date is going to be a walk through at the Culture Festival that Seika and a few other high-schools cooperated to throw. Usui wasn't too thrilled with the idea but Mia promised Misaki to assist her and gave him the 'Please!!!' look to which he couldn't say no. After the festival, they will watch fireworks on the rooftop.
"Are you nervous?" Usui asked, smirking.
"Are you?" she asked back, an equally devilish smirk on her face.
