Aether's POV

I got up from bed, took and shower. I went to wake Lumine up and went downstairs to prepare breakfast. Yea I thought everything was going well until my own sister fell down the stairs. Man she's clumsy as usual.

"Hey Lumine, here I made pancakes for us"

"haha! I knew you would since today is a Wednesday morning."

We immediately ate our breakfast and went off to school. We usually wait for Venti at the bus stop near our house but he didn't arrived.

All of a sudden I heard Lumine's phone ringing.

"hey Lumine! Ehe, sorry I can't go to school today because I'm sick 😕"

"Oh! It's finee, get well soon! don't forget to eat deez nu-"

'bleeep.' (Venti hung up because he got sick of Lumine's jokes LMOAOA)

As we entered the school, me and Lumine had to go to our separated ways because we have different classes.

when I entered the class, it seems like everyone else was waiting for the teacher, so I sat beside my friend xiao but we barely even talk. Eh, he seems pretty cool so I hope we can get along with each other.

"have you heard that there will be a maid cafe beside our school?"

"yeaa, their hiring waiters!"

when I was about to turn to the page, at the corner of my eye I saw Xiao staring at me.
I turned to look at Xiao but he immediately looked away and covered his mouth.

Xiao's POV

'darn it. he caught me.'

I tried to ignored what happened but I couldn't. There was butterflies in my stomach. The way how he turned and looked at me was so...I can't stop thinking about him. That neck, I just want to mark him and make everyone knows that he's mine.
