Steve and Mr, Barnes and Mr, Rogers had a small conflict with each other yesterday in the gym,
and things went down pretty tough. I need to make this clear as possible.

Tony: good question kid, she is actually another Elementress.
But during the time of hydra supervision, she didn't show signs of power,
so they tried to kill her like everyone else who were failed experiments.
But she escaped, and HYDRA didn't think much of it since she was no use to them.
But a few years later she started developing the powers and she happens to be a scientist.
Or rather studying to be one.
So she researched and tested and learned to control and use her powers for the greater good,
Bailey: So you're saying that there's another one of me?
Tony: part of you kid.
During the experiments they inject the serum into the person which contains the heart
and Only a little part of the heart,
and only when that's successful, will they continue injecting the entire heart,
So this lady had very little power at the begging
but she did her thing and now she's gotten pretty powerful.
