"It Loki"

By those words Peter paused. He almost choked on his food, Bailey waited for a reply from him but he just stared at her.

"What!" Bailey exclaimed getting nervous at his silence

"N-nothing I-I'm happy for you Bailey," he said sighing. He looked at the setting sun. It was the golden hour. The area was bright warm gold. It was perfect lighting to take a photo.

"Hey, wanna take a picture?" Bailey asked.

Peter nodded,
he still couldn't seem to find the words to describe himself to bailey. He liked her a lot. But he has no chance over Loki, forget Lucas. Loki is basically a GOD! how can he beat that?

Peter now felt like Lucas would have been a better option.

The two took a picture. It was certainly a perfect picture.
The golden sun lit up their faces and their eyes sparkled in the light.

"Nice, can I post this?" Bailey asked for permission to post this picture on her Instagram. Peter obviously said ok. He showed her how to add filters and much more to the picture.

When they finally posted the picture, Peter got a glimpse of baileys followers.

His eyes widened at the numbers he saw.

"Bailey! You have 1M followers!" Peter almost jumped up. "Y-yeah is that a bad thing? People just kept requesting and I accepted" bailey replied not knowing the popularity concept.

"Are you kidding! That amazing bailey." Peter said he seemed to have let go of the idea of asking Bailey out.

"What should I caption this as?" She asked Peter.

"How about,... sunsets with Parker?" Peter suggested. "Okay," bailey agreed as she tagged Peter and added a few hashtags.

They sat there for some more time but as darkness fell and the tide began to get rough, Bailey received a phone call. It was from tony.

"Kid, leaving Steve to lie for you was a bad move.
He's Mr. perfect he never lies. Get your ass back here we've got some mission work for you" he said. Bailey giggled and replied, "alright Mr.Stark I'll be there in 5" she cut the line as she turned to Peter and told him that they have to leave.

They drove off to the compound gazing at the beaming lights of the city. The day was certainly refreshing and the view just made it better.

Peter, however, seemed to constantly remember that bailey is far beyond his reach and that he'd never have a chance to get her. He sighed in defeat while the sorrow got to him,

He turned to look at bailey and saw that she looked so happy, so mesmerized by the simple things, simple as lights in the city. She was so hurt in her past. Which makes it so much easier to make her happy. She doesn't need grand gestures to be impressed, just a simple rose or a Lilly would be enough to light up her day.

And yet Peter didn't know why she fell for Loki.

"Hey, bailey can I ask you something?" Peter asked snapping bailey out of her gaze of the city. "Yeah Peter go ahead" bailey answered giggling

"Why did you fall for Loki?" he shot an unexpected question at Bailey which made her face go numb, "o-ow. I-um... I guess we just bonded over the time I was in Asgard and he was there for me when I needed someone." bailey gave her answer

Peter nodded and ended their conversation when bailey pulled up to the compound. "You can get off here I'll need to park this on the garage." bailey said smiling at Peter with utter innocence in her face not knowing Peter adored her and want to ask her out before she confessed her feelings about Loki.

"Y-yeah okay. See you inside then?" Peter said as he got off the car bailey nodded and drove away to the garage.

After parking the car and giving it a nice glance and nodding to her self she entered the building.

She heard chattering and commotion in the meeting room. 'Wonder what all the noise is about' Bailey thought to herself as she entered the room to find all of the team there

Her mouth opened wide when she saw what or rather who was there in the middle of all this.

Wanda's Twins!

Bailey almost ran towards them. Wanda and vision were smiling at everyone's comments about the two cute little babies in the middle of the room.

"Oh my God Wanda! W-how? I thought pregnancies are supposed to last 9months!" Bailey said in a joyful tone making them laugh.
"I thought so too bailey. But they just popped out" Wanda replied

Bailey walked over to the infants that looked about a month old already.

"They are so cute!"
