After six long months of waiting, the day Tubbo was waiting for was finally here. He was finally returning to his best friend, and getting a tour of Los Angeles at the same time. Planning the trip had been a mess filled with tickets, making plans with other creators, and booking activities for almost every day. After two unbearably long plane rides totaling eleven hours, he was finally there. Despite the long day, Tubbo was buzzing with excitement.

He bounced his leg impatiently peering over the seat in front of him, trying to see what was taking so long for everyone to leave the plane. The minty piece of gum in his mouth has lost its flavour, and the smell of gas from the plane is starting to bug him. But most of all, he couldn't stop thinking about seeing Ranboo. They had been texting back and forth for a while during the flight. Tubbo can almost picture him towering above everyone else and scanning the crowds, looking for him in the waiting area.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The family in front of him had finally moved forward, so Tubbo could stand up and grab his bag from the overhead bin. After an eternity of waiting and shuffling, He's finally out of the plane- and onto security. He kept zoning out, so it didn't seem to take too long. As he reached the baggage claim, he could tell everyone was getting impatient and people started pushing up against each other in an attempt to get out of the stuffy airport. Tubbo struggled to keep hold of his luggage as he got tossed and turned in the sea of people.

Panic quickly rose in Tubbo and he started anxiously picking at his fingers. As he's pushed to the side of the line, he took a deep breath and tried to remember the person awaiting him. Tubbo broke away from the swarm of people as quickly as possible and practically ran to terminal three. This was quite the task, since he tried to stop his clunky suitcase from tipping while also looking out for their meeting spot. He finally found it and took a moment to calm his excitement. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw the tall figure of his best friend. His baggy red sweatshirt swallows his body. If he was going to be honest, Tubbo was hoping to see Ranboo's face, but it was covered up with his mask and glasses.

They locked eyes from across the terminal, and Tubbo grinned as he saw the cardboard sign he held. Scrawled on the sign was "Tubbo my beloved." He slowed to a jog and abandoned his luggage as he got closer to Ranboo. Then Tubbo seized his waist, burying his head in his sweatshirt. Ranboo picked him up, pulling him in for a giant hug. Tubbo could tell Ranboo was beaming and he was too. He squeezed him tightly and closed his eyes, taking his presence in.
