*No One Pov*
The volcano is erupting, fire, belches from its riven summit, sending lava streaming down it's sides.. Frodo and Sam stagger out of the door . . . all around ash and molten rocks fall. The skies burst into thunder, seared with lightning. The screaming Nazgul fall from the sky in flames! The ground is shaking so violently that Frodo and Sam can barely stand. Frodo stumbles . . . Sam helps him up . . . Frodo smiles.
“It's gone . . . it's done.” Frodo gasps as Sam looks down at Frodo. Frodo’s face is finally at peace that he no longer has his heavy burden.
“Yes, Mr. Frodo ... it's over now.” Sam smiled weakly as they both crawled onto a rock as lava streams towards them . . . in seconds their rock is an island in a sea of molten fire. Frodo shuts his eyes . . .
“I can see the Shire ... The Brandywine River, Bag End, Gandalf's fireworks . . . the lights in the Party Tree . . .” Frodo spoke remembering
“Rosie Cotton dancing ... she had ribbons in her hair . . .” Sam smiled.
“. . . if ever I was to marry someone . . . it would have been her . . . it would have been her.” He sobbed as Frodo glances at Sam . . . he is weeping. Frodo wrapping an arm around Sam’s shoulder.
“I'm glad to be with you, Samwise Gamgee . . .here at the end of all things.” Frodo spoke to Sam calmly. The Two tiny hobbits laid down waiting to die amid a cataclysmic landscape lava erupts around them ... fireballs rain down from the sky. Just then Sam gasped as he saw a bright white glow from the thick ash clouds. Exhausted he lay there as the light brightened before almost an angle like figure walked out of the ash cloud, and held his hand. He saw her face and smiled before he closed his eyes to rest and waited. Holding Sam’s and Frodo’s hand was angel figure. Sarah smiling down at them as Great Eagles came into view, with Gandalf on the back of one of them. The Eagles bravely fly amid the raining ash and molten rocks ... and snatch Frodo and Sam from the rock! The bright light blurred in Gandalf’s eyes and vanished before they made their way back to Minas Tirith…
What they didn’t know was at the Black Gate where it stood locked, a hand came grasping up from the crumbled ground as Sarah tattered and torn climbed back up to the ground and lay on her back exhausted. When Aragorn stuck the knife into her, it killed the poison her father placed in her. It released her from the villain that was her father from taking over her. She was back safe with gold blood trickling down her right brow. Stiff and tired she rose to her knees looking up at the Black Gates and what remains of Mordor. She made a pulling motion as the gates soon creaked wide open. She glanced down at her feet and gasped, the dead ground was growing back lush grass, as the broken ground re-grew. The dead land of Mordor turned into a paradise.
Birds singing, orchards and farms in the distance. Housing and villages grew, and a castle made of white stone formed in the ruins of the black castle. With every step she took towards Mordor life and goodness filled it as it was soon filled with her people. They looked like Elves, but had a look of human as well. Mordorians. She smiled as they bowed to her. She glanced over at Mount Doom and saw the Mountain turn into a peacefully land of green. Shadow neighed as Sarah got on her back and raced towards Gondor with four Knights two in front and two behind riding beside her in protection of their Queen, holding up the banner of Mordor…
Back in Gondor Frodo slowly wakes up and his eyes fall onto Gandalf who sat by his bed smoking his pipe.
“Gandalf?” Frodo asked hopefully as Gandalf’s face breaks into a smile, then laughter as Merry and Pippin run in jumping on the bed and hugging Frodo. Gimli and Legolas enter the room their joy is plain, except everyone could see in Legolas’s eyes his loss and hurt for the death of Sarah. Aragorn soon joins them - the fellowship is complete finally Frodo’s eyes fall upon a figure standing apart from the others . . . it is Sam ...their eyes meet as Sam gave Frodo a weak smile.
Sam was confused and unsure, he was certain he had seen Sarah up on Mount Doom. He was sure she was alive, but he didn’t say anything to the others, he knew how heartbroken they were when he saw it in their eyes. But he was so sure she was alive he was willing to risk everything for it…
The Next Day
The White City is restored, it gleams white in the bright sun. The court of the Kings, crowded with 4000 people . . . cramming the wide path leading to the Tower Hall! The crown of Gondor glints in the brilliant sunshine, Gandalf places the crown upon Aragorn’s head.
“Now come the days of the King ...” Gandalf smiled as Aragorn smiles at Gandalf as he smiled back.
“May they be blessed.” Gandalf finished as Aragorn slowly rises and turns to the crowd as they cheered and clapped for their King. The King of Gondor.
“This day does not belong to one man but to all. Let us together rebuild this world that we may share in the days of peace.” Aragorn announced as the cheers of his people are deafening ...Aragorn sings for his people ... Then walks in slow procession down the white paved path as the crowd bow their heads in respect to their new King ... Aragorn passes Eowyn and Faramir who bow before him ... Eomer steps forward to bow in respect ...trumpet sound as a procession of Elves, dressed in shimmering silvers and whites, led by Legolas approach the King ... Legolas gestures behind him . . .
Aragorn’s eyes scan amongst the elves. A banner carried aloft bearing the white tree of Gondor is slowly removed to reveal Arwen, eyes shining ... mortal now, but deeply in...She went to bow but Aragorn lifted up her chin before embraced her with a passionate kiss and a hug. Elrond looks on his face breaks into a smile. Aragorn and Arwen walking through the crowd towards four small figures who stand nervously at the end of the avenue. The four hobbits, dressed in their old clothes, clean and mended, bow their heads ... Aragorn raises his hand.
“My friends ... you bow to no-one.” Aragorn smiled as Aragorn drops on one knee, kneeling before the hobbits, his head bowed ... followed by all assembled there. Tears spring into Frodo’s eyes. He clutches Sam’s shoulder as 4000 PEOPLE pay homage to the courage of two little Hobbits from the Shire. But what caught their eye was a figure walking out from behind the shadows standing in front of men that had pointy ears like an Elf smiling at them.

The beautiful Sarah with a crown of silver on her head, smiled before bowing her head and fell to one knee as her soldiers followed her example. Doing something completely unexpected Frodo and Sam jumping down ran straight past Aragorn, who looked confused and turned round frowning. They soon pounced on Sarah laughing and holding her tightly. The four men gripped their swords as she raised a hand at them and they relax. She returned their embrace, as she looked up at and locked onto the eyes of Aragorn and Legolas….
“I’M GONNA KILL HER!” A sudden shout of the dwarf Gimli shouted as Sarah ran forward and hugged Gimli shocked as he hesitated before hugging her back. She laughed and walked over to Aragorn and bowed before he hugged her tightly.
“I’m so glad you’re alive” He whispered to her as she hugged him tighter.
“I’m glad I didn’t kill you” She whispered back.
“Never, you can’t kill me remember” He winked as Sarah stuck out her tongue before turning to Legolas who had tears brimming on the edge of his eyes. She ran to him as he hugged her tightly spinning her in a circle.
“Never leave me again” He begged as he kissed her passionately.
“Never…. I ain’t going anywhere” Sarah promised.
TEN YEARS LATER!
